With the pathetic display produced by Success on Monday, I think he's written-off any chance he has of playing. Having said that, he's the only player we have who is similar to Deeney, now that Okaka is gone.

We'd have to play a different way without Deeney. Hopefully Pererya and Deulofeu will be available on Saturday. These two destroyed Huddersfield in the home match. So a trio of Pereyra, Deulofeu and Gray would be my pick, with Success on the bench.

    Deeney.

Just watched the incident again and I reckon he may just get a reprise. It is a contact sport, and there was no intention to injure.

Failing that, I think starting Gray and Deulofeo seems the only viable option. But I reckon Deeney.

Gray is great in a two, useless as a one. Success is useless full stop. Likely that they will start together but depends on GD availability I'd imagine.

we have played well in a system with a fluid front 3 of gray, deulofeu & pererya when going forward, turning into a 442/451 without the ball. Plenty of pace and lots of outball options. No doubt Deeney will be missed, but I think we have a good back up plan to carry on our good form and push on for 7th. Plus Deeney will be staying fit and will be raring to go come the final.

Is Peneranda available for selection? He was amongst the squad celebrating at the semi-final. Surely a place on the bench if he’s fit. I’m really not sure what’s gone on there. It was only Woking but he certainly looked useful to me that day.

He deserves it and he won't let us down.
    The following stats from Football manager game support this;
    shooting 9.7, scoring 7.8, heading 9.2, diving 7.9.
He scored 30 goals in 4 games playing for Fisher Athletic against Porto in the champions league for me.

Didn't Kabaselle (spelling?) used to play up front?

If he did it could be worth giving him a go up there IMO, Gray is no good as a lone striker a big man is needed for that.

I don't understand why Gray is an option, he has started the last 2 games. The question should be who is going play with him in place of the suspended TD?

Success can start making the halftime cuppas. He is good with an implement that can hold a liquid.

Success did well earlier in the season playing as the lone striker. People forget that he gave Spurs the run around in the League Cup and also Wolves and Huddersfield as well. Wouldn't mind seeing Success up top again with maybe Hughes in behind (providing Deulofeu and Pereyra aren't fit enough to play/start). It's a shame Penaranda isn't available. Wouldn't be upset to see Ryan Cassidy on the bench either.

It has to be Gray. That said, unless his bloody leg is falling off, it's about time for Penaranda to show something. Give him a cortisone shot and send him out there.

I think the process is a 3 man panel of ex-referees have to all agree it was the wrong decision for it to be overturned. They don't meet, it's all done remotely. And presumably a 2-1 vote in favour of overturning it isn't enough.

As a lone striker I feel Success is a better option , however I’d like to see them play together as Gray is decent but useless on his own up front .

Yes it is a serious post.

Watford have a few players that have played both up front and in defence over the years, Tommy Mooney comes to mind, so I'm just suggesting that it might be worth a try with Kabaselle (spelling?)

Of course if I am incorrect and Kabaselle did not play up front earlier in his career, then fair enough it probably would not be worth trying.
