I have, but not sure I’ll get a response.
Also found problems trying to check what seats were available in different blocks; kept getting re-routed back to the 1st block I clicked on, so eventually accepted 2 seats together that were not ideal. A really 5h1t3 site.

Yep...almost happened to me...just got out of that trap in time, but found then I was “locked in” to a block I couldn’t navigate from which only had rubbish seats left...which I eventually chose rather than go through the whole 5h1tstorm again.
Oh for the joys of Brexit!

Feel ill having to fork out £85 for a ticket at Wembley especially when it excludes booze and train ticket costs.

Would be my type of luck n all to find i've got meself tickets in the sensory section next to the tourist section and i've got my mates and myself sandwhiched between two groups wearing yellow afro wigs whilst waving yellow dildos and flags

That would be an inverse correlation, then, I assume you mean?

Season tickets holders should not be allowed 2 tickets.

Why not? We didn't even sell out last time.

It's not just about the number of visitors, it's the number of requests being made of the site – such as every click on a dot to add a seat, every click to assign a Fan ID, etc. That traffic adds up.

One problem early on was that we'd select a seat, then go to get the one next to it and it'd be unavailable – so different people were trying to select the same seats at the same time.

It seems they sorted it out a bit later on because although the waiting time to get into the system was longer, when we finally got in at 1.30pm it all worked pretty well. There was also a lot of choice in nearly all blocks, suggesting that the number of seats actually sold in the first three and a half hours was low.

It is one of my favourite memories when I queued up for an FA cup final ticket.
My first experience of WFC banter while I waited

So when the traffic dropped they coped better - big deal

Twice i rang the TM line and hung on for 10 mins before being cut off - so that was 20 mins at their extortionate rate and i was not the only one. What they did today borders on criminal - the more inefficient i am, the more you pay, thank you very much.

Rather brilliantly, of course, allowing a max of 9 per ST meant that the left over “half” was non usable. Utterly ****. At least make it a multiple of 2 per ST or allow you to carry over the second ticket.

I lost a bit of love for WFC today - they may have to use TM but their attitude stank when i rang the TO direct.

    It was a complete shambles.

Yeah, it wasn't good. I think they managed things a bit better after about 12noon. To be charged a transaction fee after all that was particularly grim. £82.90 for the priciest seats.

Makes me think back to the 1984 FA Cup final – seats were £20, £17.50, £14 and £8. Standing was £5.

In today's money (using an inflation calculator, which gives a good if not exact guide), that's approximately £63, £53, £44 and £25 for the seats and £15 for the terrace.

I spent 30 minutes on hold and then got through. Sadly this was the official line and only for wheelchair tickets.

By this point I was really questioning my sanity.. .

I don't mind season ticket holders being able to buy two tickets in principle but am I right in thinking the +1 can be someone without a fan ID? If so, this I do object to. People without a fan ID should be at the back of the queue.

The +1's I bought for are both ex STs (now at uni). The stupid thing is, because I couldn't allocate the tickets to them as not current ST holders, I will be able to use their fan IDs to buy further tickets when sales open up .

I eventually got mine over the phone and I must have failed as many times as you.

Although I got through a bit earlier but was on autopilot hanging up and redialling that I just disconnected it when it was answered.

    How bloody stupid is that.

Wembley/Tickmaster charging fees for a nightmare service is morally corrupt in my humble opinion

to quote the official Watford FC website "we have decided to allow season ticket holders to purchase two tickets each under their own Fan ID number (although we do encourage, of course, the assignment of a second ticket purchased to another Fan ID number)."

May I suggest the person who wrote this talk to Tickmaster to set the system up to comply. Or don't bother and just leave people frustrated and wasting their time.

Three times we have been to the new Wembley now. Do they not have a ticketing debriefing session after each visit? Is there no other ticketing agent available?

It was the comment about assigning the ticket that meant it didn’t even dawn on me that I could assign two to my id.

Got into the site at 11.30. Selected four great tickets (all for season ticket holders) went to check out..... crashed!

Could not get back in on my phone all day. Called the phone line all day, got through on the 54th attempt only to be on hold for over ten minutes before being cut off.

I had to wait until I got home at 7.30 to log on at home and we are all now halfway up the top tier....not happy

Few of them will be awake at 10am. They'll rise at 12, head to Job Centre to sign on, get their benefits, stop off in Wetherspoons and Betfred, then go to the phonebox with some 10ps and hope for the best.

That's not bad, then, when you consider how much more commercial football is these days. £30 for a seat isn't all that bad.

Just remember though, even though this is Wolves' cup final, it's only a semi final.

Reading all of these posts I must have been very fortunate.
I took laptop to club and arrived at 10am to try then before my 10.30am start.
Silly little queue notice,as moog posted.
By the time I went on court waiting time was 90 minutes, which I assumed was some sort of Trickstermaster joke.
However on my return I managed to get straight in and get the five tickets for the five of us st holders.
I still have a horrid feeling, despite the confirmation email from the club, that I have five tickets for The Clothes Show Live or GQT!

Very disappointed in the club today, they’ve clearly not learnt from the previous semi final and seem intent on making it as difficult as possible for supporters to get tickets.

I’ve got my ticket in the singing section, however I don’t think it is fair that Ticketmaster are getting away with their £2.50 per ticket transaction fee. I think that should be waived as an apology for the utter shambles today has been.

Good luck to all going for tickets tomorrow.

Just in case anyone would like to get in touch, the MD of Ticketmaster is called Andrew Parsons. He can be tweeted and is on LinkedIn.

    Just mentioning it
