FA Cup - The Road To Wembley - We Made it to The Final

From what I remember, if you are at the back of the top tier it's quite difficult to see the goal below you. It also impossible to sit down with scraping your knees on the seat in front if you're taller than an Oompah Loompah

 

I thought FA cup rules was 15% to the away team? Means we should get around 2700?

 

If you want an idea of how much or how little your view may be restricted this might help.

 

Agreed-Pompey had 3,000 the other night-i think its 1,800 upper and 1,200 lower-it looks like most have gone now

Just got my restricted view tickets for me and Junior Diamond. Looks like upper tier, 5th row back right in the left hand corner. For £9 the pair can't really complain.

It's a small, cramped ground. Watford have usually sold out there, but I've blagged my way into one of home areas before now. Quite likely one would find it difficult to do this now.
It's on BT Sport (and you may well get a better view).

Almost certainly you’ll get a better view unless you position yourself behind the sofa or in the kitchen out of sympathy for Diamond.

 

While I was searching for a idea of the view from my seat, I also saw this picture of the view from the other side of the away end. I hope none of our fans have this.

 

i got tickets and luckily in lower tier Z2- looking forward to the match a week today

 

I used to go to quite a few of their games back when it was an open terrace when they were Div 1 runners up. You were crushed in like sardines and the view was terrible but the football was brilliant and there was a cracking atmosphere.
I sat in the main stand for a Watford match once with a QPR mate and couldn't believe the hate coming from them in the "posh" seats. I've always thought they had terrific fans but most don't go anymore. It's another club that
has its best years behind them aka Ipswich, success is a long way off.

 

They had a great team when they finished runners up, but its been downhill ever since (although they did make the cup final once) They go in the Derby, Ipswich, Sheff Weds, Notts Forest category of has beens!
