Wagner has left Huddersfield by mutual consent.

Feel a bit sorry for him, should have gone in the summer (did he get any offers?) instead all his good work, getting them promoted and staying up has been undone

    Big Sam incoming maybe?

Almost a victim of his own success..

Will Huddersfield go abroad or look for a young manager in England?

Reading the quotes from Huddersfield it seems like Wagner instigated the separation. He wanted to go and needed a break from the rigours of football management.

The rigours of getting the best out of a hopeless squad, anyway. He's done a great job with what he had

Shame as he did a fantastic job in getting them up then staying in the P.L. The first season!

This is excellent for us & brilliant timing.

New manager bounce undoubtedly means Hudders will start beating & drawing with the mid table brigade, helping further consolidate our heady league position.

New manager Joka? - to prepare for the bounce back after relegation.
Joka becoming the ‘go to’ man for promotion out of the championship.

Then do what we did and sack him/don’t pay his demands/leave by mutual consent so they can bring in Big Sam to keep them up.

A somewhat effective manager but no interest at all in attacking football. Got promoted by hardly scoring any goals and with a negative goal difference. Won their first four games then was crap ever after, never showed any inkling that he might be able to do anything other than set up a team defensively.

Seems like a nice bloke and is mates with Klopp so got loads of goodwill from the press. Dreadful, dire, negative football. Poor old Huddersfield fans have only seen 41 goals in their 60 Premier League matches under Wagner.

It seems that most people are reacting in the same way to us sacking QSF. Yes, QSF did a decent if unspectacular job for us but I was not upset when he was replaced. I suspect Huddersfield fans feel much the same.

I like the Huddersfield fans, especially the disabled ones who found they could suddenly jump about when they scored 4 at the Vic!

Huddersfield Town have appointed Jan Siewert as their new manager.

Great to find out their first match is home to Everton. Hopefully the new manager bounce holds true for this match.
