Very happy with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. Although expensive I've had it 3 plus years and it's still going strong, fast reliable. I think the lesser tablets tend to get replaced more often. Picked up for £200 in the black friday sales, was a bargain.
Very happy with my Samsung Galaxy Tab E. But if you buy a HuaWei you get a lot more followers on social media - the entire Chinese security service
What do you all use your tablets for? I've two of them, one is a test device for developing apps so it has a purpose, but my older, personal one is very rarely used. The only time I can think of when I use it is for watching tv/movies on flights.
Have to disagree with you very strongly here. I have the same model and for about 2 years the battery life was appalling - it went flat every day (something to do with one of the Android OS updates). Finally it appears to have been fixed, but it still freezes/goes on the fritz or go slow. I hate Apple but iPads are better than Samsung tablets in my experience. I have a Samsung Note 8 Phone, which is great.
I bought a fire 7 each for my kids ages ago (3 years?). I invested in a child resistant case for each with an SD card to expand the miserable 16gb memory, but they've served well for the £30 I paid for each of them. For someone who wants a bit more of an adult experience, the larger Fires are, I'm sure OK, but you are tied into the Amazon version of Android, unless you jailbreak it. Maybe have a look at Asus? They tend to have a good range from budget up to premium tablets.
Hmmm mines been rock solid. Must be an app eating it in the back ground if it isn't just a duff battery. If you've not already got it download ES file explorer (free version is fine) will help you strip out the crap and do a system health check, will also tell you which aps are processor & battery hungry. They used to have a stand alone ES manage application but I think it's all in one now. Certainly disable all the bloatware that you're not using.
No, it's fine now. It was a known issue after one of the Android OS updates. Loads of people had the same issue. I've hardly any apps on it
I downloaded the Google play store as found a simple way to online. Just had to download a couple of files.
