Hmmm.... my post on Sunday morning must’ve given him the confidence to belt one in from what was probably about 25 yards from goal, a shot he clearly meant.

    Where’s the Gray thread?

Apologies to the Holebas haters for resurrecting this thread but my unexpected star player of this season (Fulham game a temporary dip) is becoming quite the media celebrity..

Jose is featuring in a Sky Sports news channel interview today Saturday 29th Sept at 11am.

Not to be missed if you want to hear the latest of our Greek philosopher's musings and inner thoughts, reflections and cogitations.

He said "I've had enough of this sh1t" then stormed off. Was quite surreal.

    To summarise:
I think I caught a faint glimpse of a smile but that may be my wishful thinking.

He made some earth shattering revelations:
"Some players are totally different this year I think (ie 'me') and this has made a difference this year so far."
We win together, we lose together, we attack together, we defend together.
We are a team and we get on well together , or similar.
Gracia is an honest manager, and tells you when you have done good or bad or make trouble. The players are listening really good now. I have seen a lot of managers that are not really honest.
We think people respect us as a team and we have to respect everyone. If we do that we will see what will happen.

    Message ends.

In serious summary, I got the impression it is a very happy camp with Gracia - he has made a difference resulting in some players playing much better and they are happy to follow his game plans and tactics as they are working well.
The new players have integrated well.

Of course it's easy to say while we're doing well but another couple of defeats with (too) late substitutions when players are out on their feet could result in many more mutterings.

The Muff game is very important - lose that and the negatives will start big time.

    I liked your non-serious post.

If your grumpiest employee is happy, then things must be good.......

Muff is a must win game!

Oh that’s easy to interpret from our footballing philosopher. What he means is:

    ‘I cross therefore I am’.

‘If I smile in the forest and no one is there to see it, did I really smile?’

    and my personal fav

‘When the hornets follow the bees, it’s because they think they will get some honey’
