Anyone good at Spanish?! http://m.tycsports.com/futbol/mauro-zarate-acordo-su-regreso-velez Another player we never saw the best of due to injury- shame.
Zarate has a verbal agreement with Velez I think, and will fly to Argentina in the next few days to finalise his move.
wtf why havent we recalled him? He was ace in his short cameo. I bet it's because he wasn't a player silva chose. **** silva and his **** watch.
Shame, guess we'll have to wait a little longer for someone to score a ripsnorter of a free kick that nestles in the top corner. Don't think we've scored an absolute belter since Toszer left.
He made the decision to go out on loan a few months ago and you get the feeling from his social media that he's been waiting for this Velez deal to come around ever since he joined us.
According to Velez's Twitter, we are only loaning Zarate there. I'd rather him be recalled here but at least we haven't sold
i really wanted to see zarate given a chance with us but at the age of 30 being loaned out here and there cant see him playing for watford again.
Hello Jim, Ming here from China. I am somewhat concerned by your erratic behaviour of late - you missed the ITK conference which took place in Tim's bedroom last month remember - and have not been returning my calls regarding this new information vis-a-vis Zarate, which I have to say differs from what my sources here in China are telling me. I'm going to just come out and say it straight: are you withholding information you are obtaining from your sources from the ITK network? Need I remind you, Jim, that the ITK network is wholly dependent on ITK agents around the world sharing their sources information, so we can form a united front and supply forums such as this with reliable information around the clock. It is your duty as an ITK person to share without hesitation. This is not the time for duplicity and subterfuge. As they say here in China: Dú mù nán zhī (A single stick will not prop up a whole building).
His injury obviously led to both the club and the player realised he was never going to make a worthwhile contribution in the Premier league this season. in effect we are paying up his contract with these loans until he becomes a totally free agent. I expect he will now finish his career in Argentina.
Assuming he's fully recovered from his injury, I'd rather keep him than waste a load of money on Afobe.
Silva says it's not true but seems to also be saying he's completely out of the loop on it. Oh and it's a position he thinks we need reinforcement in: http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...10925.Silva__No_deal_reached_for_Zarate_loan/ On the face of it the relationship between Silva and the board must just about be rock bottom now.
Hopefully this hasn't been done without Silva's say so. I think he'd walk with another **** transfer window.
Not really sure on the benefit of this other than the player himself desperately wanting it and us agreeing because of that alone. Definitely not a player to build your team around, but a very decent player to have come off the bench, especially when you compare it to our recent options.
Probably down to the Everton thing. He told them he wanted to go, they said no. Bitterness ensues from both sides. Falls in line with all the press reports at the time and also his laughable press conferences. No chance he's here next season.
Silva needs to grow some cojones like the 'Joker' has at Fulham by publicly standing up to the board. He will earn more respect in the long run.
I think he did that at the end of the last window when we shipped Amrabat out last minute and brought in molly and zeeglebum?
Be careful what you wish for. Remember Florrie and Wally? We did have at least 12 fun games this season, and there may be more to follow. Mind you, I'd prefer a GT2 if one exists.
Good afternoon Ming It's been a long time since we conversed. I hope you and your family are keeping well, and that the little ones are providing you with memories to cherish. As you rather smartly mentioned, it's the little Mings in life that make you happy. I am now back from my networking trip to South America. I hope to be able to liaise with you in more detail in time, and be of use to our thriving network of ITKism. I'll be in touch shortly. All the best and a happy new year to you. Tim
