As i said in the transfer thread he's selfish in the attack, trying those shots too much and need to be coached. Coutinho was exactly the same until, lets say, one year ago. This year in Brazil i think Richarlison played 24 games as starter in the Brazilian league/Rio league/South American Cup and scored 14 goals but had ONLY TWO assists. Doesnt has the mind of a winger imo. Another thing is that in Brazil is expected the young player will try to decide the game by himself. Off topic - this is my opinion is the main reason why EPL scouts tend to not identify many wc prospects, like the spaniards do: the obsession with stats. Because when the midfielder/attacking player is trying to decise games, his stats of passing and shooting will be average.
I am looking forward in 15 years time to him being our record appearance holder, record goal scorer and most capped player! Sorry Luther!
It is very rare for a 20 year old to leave his home fly half way round the world and slot into a football team in the P.L. as if he had been there all his life. He is our most exciting player since John Barnes imo!
Until he scores an overhead kick in the playoff final, then retires and gets a job in Phones 4U, he’ll always only be my second favourite ever WFC winger. #NickyWright4Eva
Kane is a nailed on certainty to win it but how Ricky is not up for Player Of The Month is ridiculous...
Even when he scored? Tbf probably has no idea what anyone is saying and being pinched by Andre Gray on the hip isn't ideal!
Now that Holebas has turned into a happy-clapper, there's a vacancy for a miserable git. On the pitch, that is, not posting on here. We'v got several.
According to the Watford Observer he may get an international call up for Brazil for when they play England next month. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...tedly_in_line_for_Brazil_call_up/?ref=mr&lp=1
A current Brazil international in the Watford team? And maybe a current England international by the time the World Cup comes around, and a recent England international a regular in our team. Not to mention assorted foreign internationals, including one who can't even get into our 25. Who'd have thought it, even in the first GT era when we had a couple of England players, one in the Welsh team and a couple from Northern Ireland?
Dunno. Also torn about this question - is it in our interests for him to do really well, even if we very much want him to?
Out with his "dad" Gomes earlier this week, having a snack on St. Peters Street, St. Albans town centre:
Worried that he is only wearing a short sleeved shirt while everyone else looks like they are dressed for an expedition with Scott of the Antarctic. Bet he's out of the match tomorrow with a cold.
