Top scorer in League 2 with 18 goals for Grimsby already 8 Championship clubs including Norwich and Wigan interested apparently Could be a good partner for Hogan with Lansbury providing the service?
I know you're being sarcastic but why are you mocking the Lansbury and Hogan rumours? Who should we be going for? Top tier break the bank players: Pereyra & Success. Unfortunately both out. Could possibly chuck Janmaat in here with Newcastle's relegation a slight anomaly. Relatively unknown European youngsters: See Kabasele, Oulare & Berghuis. Experienced European players: See Jurado, Ibarbo & Suarez. Okaka, Britos, Prodl, Holebas, Zuniga, Behrami & Amrabat could be argued as more positive examples. Domestic players not good enough for bigger clubs: See Capoue. Would love to be in for the likes of Morgan Schneiderlin, Kieran Gibbs & Ashley Young but realistically little chance of that happening. There's some great players in the Championship who've done alright this season, such as Jeff Hendrick & Matt Phillips. Nobody excepts Lansbury to be a week in week out key player but for £2.5 million he adds great squad depth, experience and most importantly some bottle.
Nowhere near good enough. EDIT: Just checked Wikipedia and seen he's English. Sign him up and give him the armband
Tactically would be a v sensible signing for Mazza. Every time we lose, "don't blame it on the players, don't blame it on the tactics, don't blame it on the referee, blame it on the Bogle".
Blame It on the Boogie was written by Michael Jackson. But not that Michael Jackson, a different one. Strange but true.
Correct though he went under the name Mick Jackson. He also released a version which was a hit at the same time as the jacksons version. Sorry, am pop nerd. I wrote to the guiness book of British hit singles once to advise them of a mistake re the Jam. No thanks but they corrected next version.
