Mike, you say you were more active yesterday, and you were. But I looked back on your posts and like I said, barely anything you said caught the eye at the time. Below radar stuff if you ask me. Also, as it really is the only theory I have going I had to vote for you. I had a theory earlier about HH but that was regarding the timings of messages, which as Opti explained should mot be read into as much as he posts them when he can rather than when he receives them.

I think that today I have been far more quiet, as I have barely had time to think about the game.

If I survive until tomorrow, when I have no clients, I will attempt to be more helpful. I had a theory today about the wolf: speaking to Moog as his 'old friend'. However, if you do not have enough time to think these things through, then they just distract from others who have well-considered opinions.

So basically everyone's guessing...no wonder I don't understand this game.

I've been out since 7. Bit unfair closing it at 7 at the last minute!

If I'm still allowed to vote then I will now. my vote is pretty pointless as only 2 voters left and I'm not voting Miked so doesn't matter. I have little else to go on than anyone else so will reluctantly go with hh24.

Sorry HH, any words of wisdom if you turn out to be good that we can look back on?

Sorry everybody I cocked up with the times. I meant to put 9 but was on the phone to a client at the time.

Village is closed. I apologise for the mistake earlier, ive had a bit of a mental day and was trying to type a message whilst talking to a client on the phone. As a result, I feel that all players have contributed enough today to prevent any extra executions tonight. As hornetgags missing vote wont have any effect, i will write the end of day script now.

Work is more important. I get that. But I just went for a guess based on the little facts I had. Work is quiet for me atm (although its gonna be hectic tomorrow!) Whoch is why I have been so active! Oh well. Fun game nonetheless!

Now that the tavern had been burnt to the ground, the villagers had no obvious place to meet. In the end they settled for the meeting in the village park. AshdonWFC had brought along some drinks, several litre bottles of cheap tesco's own cider to go alongside the last remaining bottle of Vydra Vodka in the village. The villages were in quite a jovial mood, passing the cider from hand to hand. Only HappyHornet did not join in.

She sat by herself perusing several law textbooks. 'Aha!' she exclaimed, 'under section 9 of the village lynching act, i am able to request a fair trial if i so desire!' She looked triumphantly at the rest of the group, who sat there stunned. Then they all laughed at once, HappyHornets smile vanished. She sat there silently. After a while the last of the beverages had been consumed, and Miked2006 looked at his watch. 'We best be getting on with this then!' he said. The villages crowded around HappyHornet and tied her hands behind her back. They marched her over to a wooden stake in the ground and tied her to it.

The villagers gathered wood, leaves and anything else that would burn piling them up around the stake. HappyHornet struggled hopelessly against her bonds. Once the villages were done, Hornetgags wandered forwards with a flaming torch in one hand and a bible in the other. He knelt in front of HappyHornet, looked to the sky and proclaimed 'Our father, who art in heaven, Graham Taylor be your name. We your humble servants devote to you this sacrifice of this evil heathen woman.' With that he stood and lowered the torch to the kindling.

The kindling took a moment to get going, but soon flames were liking all around the stake. HappyHornet did not scream, she did not shout but a single tear rolled down her cheek. She died quickly and quietly, and the villagers looked on expectantly. Nothing happened. As the flames died they all stared in amazement.

HappyHornet was dead, but the flames had not burned her body. Happy Hornet was good, she was very good.
