He looks moderately quick - like Holebas or Nyom, not a flyer like say Mane, Mahrez or Montero. Not someone who'll get fans out of their seats when they have the ball taking players on.
If you want someone with raw pace and to get yourself out of your seat then we already have Anya. Quick as anything and you'll have to get out of your seat to stop his crosses smashing you in the face.
You need to sit further in . I sit half way up and they sail right over my head. Actually that's Nyms crosses. Anyas, just slow to a stop somewhere near the edge of the box awaiting comfortable clearance from nearest defender.
Local journalist in Malaga quotes their club chairman as saying that Amrabat has told him there's nothing they can do to keep him as it would be a dream to play for Watford. Chairman said that they've already lost him to us... https://twitter.com/CarlosyAndaluz/status/687911729687302144 Get him to Starbucks for the Quique "look them in the eye and smell them" test! Edit: The Malaga Club President has released the world's most confusing statement in the form of a really bad poem. Make of it what you will: Good morning everyone I want to clarify some things about Nordin Amrabat Not and will not think of selling the player But must everyone to understand this They told me this is my dream! And I can not say to him you can not go we are human beings I hope everyone know that very well https://twitter.com/ANAALThani/status/687904757546012673
I presume the quote was supposed to be his dream is to play in the Premier League. No-one other than the people on this forum dream of playing for Watford!
Doubt his dream growing up was to play for Watford, only us lot on this forum would dare to dream such a dream. Does anyone who if he is actually any good in real life not on a computer game? Has he been playing in Spain and thus ready to play now rather than having 6 weeks to get fit.
He never said it was a good dream. Maybe he wakes up in a cold sweat screaming about trying to find a decent place to eat.
It seems the fans must rate him otherwise the chairman wouldn't have to go public and defend his sale
He's not even Pam Ayres. He should have gone down the "There once was a player called Nordin...." route
As has been said, he looks to be moderately quick and difficult to knock off the ball. But I also noticed that he's totally one-footed, and defenders should quickly be able to guess which way he's going to go.
'I wish I'd taken care of Nordin He's handed his notice in He's going to the Prem I'm not quite sure when We'll never see him here again'.
'There once was a player called Nordin, Whose contract had a release clause in, He dreamed of the Horns, And their pitch like a lawn, I'm so sad that they can afford him' Something like that?
Nordin I love you, But you're breaking my heart. Think of all the good times, I never wanted us to part. You told me Watford was a lifelong dream, Who am I to refuse. I wish you all the best Nordin, Oh hang on, I've got an incoming call, from a guy called Richard Hughes.
There once was a player called Nordin Who's life was a little bit borin' He then said "Hello" To the team in yellow And now he can't seem to stop scorin'
The owner of Malaga has confirmed he wants to come to the EPL, seems only a matter of time. Also saw this on twitter from an expert of La Liga: "Amrabat is a player I’ve always enjoyed watching. Lightning fast and decent anywhere behind the striker, plus got a bagful of tricks."
https://twitter.com/HarveytheHornet/status/687953305004306433 "#Watford in advanced talks with @MalagaCF's @NAmrabat53. Activated £6m release clause. Player on way to UK. More on @SkySportsNewsHQ at 1115"
