    Yes, if the Lino is certain he has seen an offside, he has to flag. My point was the Costa goal was so borderline I could understand the lino's doubts. The other 2 examples were so obviously offside it has to be assumed that either the Lino was not concentrating or he saw what we saw and still got it wrong. Either way he's not up to the job at this level.

    I believe when it's that blatant,like Spurs at home and the Norwich game and cost teams points The linos should be fined and have a 3 match ban with no pay.

    I don't suppose the observer's report will be very good. That has consequences for them, when they keep on facking up like that.

    With any luck he'll be running the line in the pishing, freezing rain at Port Vale v Fleetwood pretty soon.

    Funny how Kane just made an awful tackle on Baines and didn't like it when Everton players got around the ref. He's an England player though so the commentators dismissed it as a 'strikers tackle'.
