we should agree a time for a few of us to play poker. I had a look just now and there was nobody there.
i think it runs well, its basic but am enjoying playing it... even did just loose all my 'Orns on blackjack!!:forehead:
pressed deal 7 times because it didnt work, then when it did it took 700! im not even going to ask for a money back, my life is just a fail
As James has to be up early for work Admin should ban him from 10.30pm so this forum can't be blamed for his tardiness/tiredness tomorrow.
Whilst I might come from the old wrinkley school of thought I dont think that encouraging this on a site where you are not restricting gambling to over 18s only is a good idea. Oh I know the shout will be but its not real money however your still encouraging young people to gamble and they might think ok now I have won a few stupid Orns now lets try the real thing. Whilst the comments from PYA and gang will be predictable I honestly believe your treading a very fine line between right and wrong. To encourage this on a site that deletes minor swear words is hypocritical at best and distasteful at worst. Thank you.
Quite the opposite. The fact that everyone appears to be losing their 'Orns is testament to the fact that gambling is for mugs.
Until of course one of them starts to win on a regular basis and listens to the likes of PYA and is down the "real" Casino gambling his life away. Yes its for mugs Mr Admin and you are encouraging it with under 18's where in the real world you know damn well its illegal. Im sure you will find the moral high ground but then you have to sleep with what your encouraging not me.
I sleep well thank you, well not so good in this heat, I need air con. Perhaps we should stop all gambling talk whatsoever on this site? Maybe the club should remove the Ladbrokes stands from the ground also? The odds they give are bloody awful anyway Yes, gambling is illegal for under 18's, but I'll let you into a little secret, 'Orns aren't real. Funny you never mentioned the vbookie before? It's just a distraction for people much like the arcade or the daily quiz, another form of entertainment. Does it encourage youngsters to gamble when their older? With those graphics I'd be bl00dy surprised. There's slightly worse out there other than a pretend casino on a footy forum. Get over it.
And I quote "Oh I know the shout will be but its not real money" Whooosh for the man that dosent read the thread. Of course you did .........................:sign6::sick1: Now Ive found these little people its really brightend up my day. Thank you.
Sorry Warehouse but they truly are. It's almost as if they drop the odds specifically for the Watford mug punters.
Just because you have mentioned the main arguement to your opinion in a previous post it doesn't mean that people can not then use that. As Admin has said it might actually deter the younger members from gambling in later life as they will soon learn you can not win on a "regular" basis in a casino. Everyone will lose their 'orns sononer or later playing casino games. Also I don't really find that PYA promotes gambling that much other than poker, which is more a game of skill. I have heard him mention the downfalls of gambling many times.
??? I fail to see how he's encouraging all the under 18s to gamble, he's hardly going round posting links left, right and center to the casino and PMing all the kiddies telling them to go and gamble to be a big man. ***.
surely you mean Old ***? The trouble with you youngsters is you don't understand the sacrifices and the hardships undertaken by all the old codgers to keep you free and allow you the opportunities which were not so readly availbale for the Ol' canuts due to wars, rationing and depressions. OAP - you going to be buried in a yellow coffin? How come you never got killed in the wars? Gambling is only good if you can afford to lose and have the character to accept loss. By the way the winkers cry, whinge and moan about wfc losing and or even drawing, the vast majority should not gamble.
Darling that the nicest thing anyone has said to me in years. When the grandchildren come round this evening I can at last tell them that grandma is officially " A *** " Do you want my orns? Thank you.
