    Kallon for Watford?

"Monaco striker Mohamed Kallon is set to sign for Watford, according to Le Parisien.

The former Internazionale star had been linked with a move to Juventus to rejoin former coach Didier Deschamps, but has instead opted for Vicarage Road.

Kallon, 27, was banned for six months after testing positive for banned substance nandrolone after a Serie A match against Udinese back in 2003.

He has not featured greatly in Laurent Banide's plans this season at Monaco, scoring two goals in seven appearances.

The Sierra Leonean was loaned out to Al Itthiad during the last campaign."

    Sounds interesting
Thats taken from Eurosport by the way

Yes its an easy choice - the Horns or Juve.

Drugs ban, hmm, is that the baddest he can do? Wuss! Seriously not trying. You think Marlon or Moses are going to respect that. Malky would kick his ass!

You need to be a bit harder if you want to join Aidy's dirty dozen.

Couldn't find this paper anywhere. I know it's a Paris daily but they usually sell them out in the sticks too. Ah well. Nothing on their website about this either. Would be a good signing but an odd source?

I would love this to happen but am very sceptical - the guy is class. On first reading this is one of the most ridiculous rumours I have heard but I'm more than happy to dare to dream

Is Aidy a secret Sierra Leone rep? We have AlBang, Jarrett and Kabba and we're linked to Kallon who's from there as well.

    Calm down Rich ;)

That nice Mr Simpson promised Paddy, on tour in Denmark, that Umaru would join us when his work permit/passport situation was resolved - doesn't that take two years

Or has the situation changed ??

To be honest if the opportunity to sign Kallon came around we would be the stupidest club in the world to reject him because we have Steve Kabba and Moses Ashikodi instead. If we got Kallon that would give us 5 striking options (Hoskins, Kabba, Kallon, Hendo and Ashikodi) which is a good amount seens as Ashikodi is one for the future.
