    I'd start with the members of Girls Aloud first. What I mean by 'start' is sitting them down and talking about how they feel their careers have gone so far....no I wouldn't do that acutally ;) As far as the Sugababes go, they're better since they got rid of that ugly one, what was her name? Munta or something?
