Quite. I heard talking about it on the radio a long while ago. When asked about his period at Watford he said he was used to dealing with the most skillfull players in Europe and discovered he had no idea what to do with the Watford players when they couldn't play how he expected.
if he was a good manager he should be able to cope with that. i would think watford were used to the best managers a too, not some tosser with no idea about money management, or football management i mean.
Isn't that what makes a good manager...getting the best out of what you have. ofcourse ****** had more than enough money to get decent players in and surely would have know who was at the club when he got the job?
