    As Southend are on record as wanting £5 million! it will need some creative negotiating (appearances/sell on clause etc) if we are to do business.

    I Would be happy with somebody like Freddie Eastwood (bit of a punt but a very good chance that he will do the business) along with somebody proven, our best chance of that would come from some shrewd Aidy Business (Alan Smith could be a possibility).

    Im sure Aidy can pull of 2 quality signings but we have got some big games before then and it is crucial we are not adrift.
