It's a finely balanced situation, Dyche has come through the club from player to boss and done a reasonable job so many including myself will be disappointed that he has gone. But at the same time I'm sure he will be compensated properly and the platform he has been given at Watford should ensure he gets another job. With the takeover in place tho I don't think it's unfair that the new owners having made their investment want to build the club in their own mould. Now if that means they start from the foundations and work upwards with a view to having something special at the end then that is there choice! I went to my first game over 25 years ago and seen good times an bad, and I am gutted that I can't stand in the family enclosure for £2 a ticket anymore, but change will happen and we as supporters have to accept that we are just that, supporters not decision makers! Dyche did well, shame he has to go, wish him all the best but will continue to support the new regime and hope it will be a good season ahead.
