That main event was really well done. One of the better matches the wwe has put on in the last few years.

 

Probably the first Wrestlemania main event in about 6 years where I haven't guessed the conclusion.

Inside this spoiler is a reaction video. I imagine in my head that this is exactly how Nath felt. The poor guy felt every single emotion during that fight.

 

I was hoping The Nature boy would show up during HHH v. Sting, but but besides that it was very good.

 

The pre show matches were excellent. Some of the spots in the tag match were great. They should have bumped the music off for the battle royal. To Have the Miz/Mizdow relationship blow up like that on a pre-show was criminal. Mizdow should have won.

Taker needs to retire. He looked older and slower than ever. Old school was a couple of steps. Bray was excellent.
Sting did well. I knew if motivated he could pull out a decent match or two although wtf was all that Terminator crap from HHH. Fecking stupid if you ask me.

 

my thoughts with hornmeister as aj lee has announced her retirement from wrestling.

Friend of mine is there. She said that Paige was walking around meeting a few people. She's a big Paige fan but lacked the guts to go up to her. Bit like when I saw HBK at LA Airport.

it always is a massive let down though. the only ppvs i bother to watch anymore are summerslam, the rumble and wrestle mania.

 

Reigns is slowly getting over again. People will still blindly hate but he is improving at an impressive rate both in ring and on the mic.

 

100%. His promo on the announce table was good.

Got a good match out of Show and a good tag match with Orton. Just needs to stop over doing the Superman Punch thing.

They royally ****ed up the King Of The Ring tournament IMO.

 

Agreed. People are starting to realise that Bryan is done in and if they want an alternative to Cena it's going to be Reigns.

It can't come soon enough. I actually think Cena is decent, it's his character that is stale. One he's no longer top face he can get interesting.

It'll be interesting what they do with Neville. He needs to lose the next round but be cheated out of it. He needs an upper mid card fued to build some more support, but at the moment he's one of the most interesting things on WWE and that's not just because he's British.

 

More NXT please Nevillis is a stud, and I am really excicted for a pure heal like Kevin Owens

 

Absolutely. I'm hoping they do split Lana & Rusev and she brings in Corbin to destroy him.

 

Lol corbin is nowhere near ready, if anyone would be 'brought in' it would be Samoa Joe, but its talked about that even he would need to go through developmental

the next male talent to be brought up will probably be Cj parker/zayn/amore but that wont be for a while i think

 

As a non speaking monster squash machine Corbin fits the bill.
Parker has quit.
Zayn is the most talented there but will find it difficult to appeal to the non mark crowd.Hell Cesaro struggled due to awful booking.
Amore is a genius but I can't see him as being much more than Santino v 2.0 I'm afraid.
Being a massive TNA fan I'm all behind Joe but he's notoriously difficult to deal with. I'm not sure he can work a WWE style. I'd be surprised if the don't pop him in NXT for a bit first.

I really want NXT to go 2 hours and remain a separate brand. They'll be no need to wreck characters like Kruger & Big E then,

 

Sami Zayn looked great tonight. NXT is going on tour and I am planning on seeing them may 13th as well as the Ring of Honor and New Japan show the 12th. Gonna geek out hard.

 

Not seen much NXT (more fool me clearly - will set it to tape from now on) but SAMI ZAYN. Wow.

 

It's the best brand by far.

 

New Day was great on Raw. Though it kills me inside what they are doing to Cody Rhodes

The thing is Cody is a prety bland wrestler. He needs to play the gimmick character to get over, otherwise he'll go the way of Ted Dibiase. I'm liking Stardust. I think it's a good way to carry on where Goldust left off.

 

i always kind of liked legacy. was the high point really for rhodes and dibiase. I know ted has left now, but I wouldn't be averse to seeing rhodes back in a group like that which made him look strong.

 

I like the stardust gimmick as well, I just hope they go somewhere with him. As much as I enjoyed the plastic spiders, I don't want him to go they way of Adam Rose too much gimmick, not enough anything else.

 

I know I only said it a few weeks ago but Reigns' rate of improvement at the moment is actually quite staggering.

He's still not the finished article, but besides the crap from mostly bitter Daniel Bryan marks there's becoming a smaller and smaller amount to justifiably hold against Reigns.

 

Daniel Bryan is awesome, saying that I have nothing against Reigns either.

I think it's just become cool for fans to try and 'be' the show a bit too much now.

 

Payback was OK. The main event was entertaining but Ambrose should have won it. Reigns is getting good but he's not actually very strong is he all show no go. Really struggled with Kane.

The tag team match was excellent. New day have really grown on me as a heel team and Cesaro is a beast. I can't wait to see Cesaro vs Zayn on the main roster.
Neville is still the highlight though. One day he'll run out of moves we haven't seen.

The Divas are really suffering without Paige. Tamina & Naomi are bland and the Bellas need to **** off already.

 

Would kind to know your take on wrestling/ wrestler role(moulds) right now, because i dont understand why you think Ambrose should have won, it would have made no sense

And if you think Payback was just OK im guessing you expect WM31's everyweek? (Not trying to criticize you, just a little confused)

I thought Payback was great, 3 years in a row it has delivered

Brilliant.

He has that likeable heel ability, so so comfortable on the mic, when speaking to Rene he wasn't just plain out evil, just arrogant and cares only about himself, thought the transition from NXT would be difficult for him but he made Cena look about 2ft.

At one point Cena said let me give you some advice kid to which Owens responded along the lines of I've been doing this longer than you, maybe not in the WWE but don't try to give me advice. Big pop, made Cena's tired old routine look so so boring and Owens was getting cheers till he stepped on the US title.

Has a great star aura about him, should be a great match against Cena at Elimination Chamber but hard to protect them both and make Owens look good. Cena won't take a clean loss. Will he? Can imagine HHH and Vince are really fighting over this one backstage.
