Two nice articles about Watford in the new issue - one about our family values and the other about the 1881 bringing supporters' noise to the traditionally quiet Vic

My only criticism of this mag is that the articles are so bloody short. Although how it continually refuses to acknowledge the existence of MK Dons has to be admired along with publishing the greatest book review ever written evurrrrrrrr....

 

An extract: "Whenever things have become difficult at Vicarage Road - most recently in 2012 when unprecedented and scarcely credible boardroom shenanigans put the future of the club in jeopardy - many Watford fans reacted in predictable fashion and simply did what they do on such occasions. No violent protests, no car burning, not even one of those puerile airborne banners. No, many Watford supporters sat at their keyboards, crafted elegant prose at one another and trusted that somebody - invariably Graham Taylor, Elton John or a combination of the two - would sort out the problems, which they generally did..."

Does he mean us? And is the author (David Harrison) one of us?

 

Alright, own up...who’s been using ‘elegant prose’?

My neighbours teenage girls used to like bros back in the day. Luke Goss had residency at Ceasars Palace in Vegas a few years ago doing a swing music act, I never went but my mates Mrs said it was good.
