Think that would be worth a try. Not sure of Sema in a midfield 3 though. I'd put Chalobah or Gosling there. Go 4-2-1-3. Behind the 3 either Cleverley or Hughes. Sema can come on later as an impact sub.
We tried that. He ate all the pre made ones and everyone he made for a customer was half eaten before he gave it to them.
What is the point? It won't be any different to last week. Deeney and Gray will still start. Xisco looks like a dead man walking already, his body language looked well off on Saturday. Even if we win it will still be S**t.
Will be the same old rubbish. Deeney walking about up top waiting for a pen. Hughes on the bench or out on the wing. Gray looking like a Sunday League player that forgot his boots. Perica and Pedro on the bench only to come and create more chances in 5 minutes of football. Fully expect us to lose and quite frankly I couldn't care less. For the first time in 30 years, I have lost all interest and enthusiasm for a club I love.
I see mariappa been playing badly at left back for city the last couple of games if that's the case sarr has no excuses this week great pitch and a woeful fullback to tear apart
4132 formation for me ,ngakia ,mazina wilmott and cathcart hughes holding roll and people who can carry the ball forward in the 3 sema zinc and sarr with pedro and strip up front I can dream
5 attacking 5 defending the balance of the team might actually attack from the off and create some chances
I never do predicted line-ups cos it's a bit vvanky but frustration has got the better of me. With full availability excluding known long term crocks, would anybody argue against Bachman Femenia Troost Sierralta Masina Sarr Cleverly Hughes (c) Sema Pedro Perica Could argue for Wilmot but otherwise seems a no-brainer to me. Oops, forgot Zinckernagel (in my defense the amount of game time...)
I think it will be difficult to isolate Mariappa against Sarr, I imagine they will have someone supporting as Mapps will be aware that Sarr will blitz him. Although this will be the first time I have ever been happy to see Mapps at full back.
It's inevitable that Mapps will score though, given the amount of recent experience he has scoring for our opponents.
Deeney will start. He knows it. Whoever is put in the role of manager/head coach/nodding dog knows it. The squad know it. We won't win. He will still get paid handsomely. If he's interviewed after it'll be that someone else didn't do their job or play the long ball or whatever chuff he comes out with. Troy needs to remember he was successful in a long ball counter attack style of football when HE could actually do his role in it.

Genuinely hate these games. I only ever want us to win. But when I know that means it’s a stay of execution on the inevitable sacking of the coach, the desire for a win does drain... I just hope he’s gone before the game, the new coach is announced alongside a meaningful statement of intent from those above and everyone can get their heads down for 6 months...
Would play success instead of crap as left midfield. Who Anyway injured and would stick with Bachmann in goal.
Desperately hoping we see this line up one day. No guarantee it will work but at least there's potential in the line up to excite.
Yep, but we won’t. Bachmann Navarro Cathcart Sierralta Ngakia Hughes Gosling Chalobah Cleverley Deeney Gray
I really want to see more of the same turgid 442 **** that Munoz has been serving up so we can finally get rid of this grinning fool. I hope this new Spanish head of performance they've brought in doesn't mean Munoz is sticking around though...
