If we lose tomorrow we are worse off than under mazzarri points wise, is that right? Amazing really. I wonder how many we'd have to lose before silva lost his shine?
Probably just this one, his bags are packed he just has to throw them in the boot and drive north. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
But would Everton really want a manager who loses 4 in a row? And that's on top of us losing 6-0 at home. Plus all those massive hidings Hull took at the end of the season. It's mad to thnk what a nice coat and suave demeanour can do.
Silva was down the tunnel bang on the final whistle today. It looked like he was persuading the 4th official not to add any stoppages too. Then he was seen jumping into a blacked out 4x4 with suitcases. Just thought I’d be the first to report it!
Honestly, I hope if silva stays we get relegated just so we can say 'see? Told you he's not as good as everyone thought'
You're right but even then it was exceptionally effing dull, life under Mazzarri was really hard work. When we won it felt like we probably shouldn't have and then went downhill from there.
Did we win yet??? This premier league shidazzle is awfully dull. I forget we're playing half the time. I miss the Championship.
That's not true is it? We looked good until pereyra got injured. West Ham away, man Utd at home, Leicester (champions) at home... This season there's been Bournemouth, Southampton and Arsenal. I don't see any difference between this season and last so far really. Apart from we never got utterly humiliated at home.
You must have missed Man City at home last season then. And they weren't as good then as they are this season.
Sorry what I meant was the season to date. Last season up to middle of November and this one are pretty much identical, if anything last was better.
Entertainment wise this season up until this point in time is better than last season. We actually try and win games, we've dominated possession is lots of them, we look to go forward and do so with pace, we create chances, we work hard. The lack of games creates a void for over the top reactions and opinions. I'm once more looking forward to watching us play today, should be good.
Anyone know if Silva ditched zonal marking yet? West Ham will be trying to win as many corners as possible.
I’m more worried about Every big club in London after Richarlison all ready . Plus don’t expect us to get anything like 40 mill for him . We will be robbed if we loose him for something like 26mill. The we will slump down the league especially if Silva goes too.
We rejected £30m for Deeney. We won't be losing Richarlison, a far younger player of much greater potential, for less than what he's worth. Those days are gone.
This game will have the cameras pointing to the dugout as much as the game I suspect. It's going to be a media frenzy and the game seems secondary. Watford are a poor home side, and defensively weak. West Ham are a poor away side with an equally weak defence. It depends on how we deal with Carroll and Antonio. They will destroy us in the air from corners and free kicks, if we don't the basics right. This is where we could lose the match. Being Moyes' first match, and Silva's last match?? I think that could be a telling factor. For this reason I think there will be lots of goals but West Ham will nick it 3-2.
Points wise, yes perhaps, and it could be argued and often is, that only points matter. But in my opinion we were getting more points than our performances deserved in our last two seasons up to mid November, whereas I believe we have got less points than we have deserved this season. If I am right, then that would point to a much better remainder of the season than the last two.

Come on, if you're in out east in London you've got to get in the swing of things....'rub a dub', ba''le cruiser and all that stuff. Cor blimey, stripe me pink, do I 'ave to tell ya everyfing?
| #watfordfc XI v @WestHamUtd: Gomes (GK) (C); Mariappa, Kabasele, Britos; Femenía, Cleverley, Doucouré, Zeegelaar; Hughes, Richarlison; Gray. Subs: Karnezis (GK), Pr*dl, Holebas, Capoue, Pereyra, Carrillo, Okaka. Errrrrmmm... ok. Just the usual 3-4-2-1 formation with no-one that can take a set piece. Edit: Unless Marvin can. Know nothing about him whatsoever.
No idea what formation he's playing, even the colons don't help. Happy to see Prodl back on the bench and Hughes keep his place
Holebas paying the price for having a major hand in all three goals conceded at Everton. Fair enough really.
