I'm expecting a draw for this one.

Green blokes, though, I'm led to believe. No, Venus' atmosphere is what puts me off - more toxic than at West Ham's stadium.

    Me too!
I met Alan Mills, the ex Wimbledon ref there on my last visit. He was reffing a Davis Cup tie nearby.
He was with his wife Jill. I've always wished she was from Mill Hill.
    She isn't.

"Away form isn't great over this season"?.......W6 D6 L4. Win at Chelsea and draws at Liverpool, Spurs and Man United.

I think it compares well with most away records in the PL this season and certainly a lot better than last year when we only accrued 7 points on the road in 19 attempts.:)

I'd be satisfied with a 0-0 or a 1-1 on Saturday before we host Leicester at Turf Moor on the 14th. We'd have one foot in Europe already if Murray hadn't messed up for Brighton on Saturday.

It’s not that great. Great would have been winning all 16.

0-0 I reckon - hopefully its a bit more exciting than that though - with a home win!

Has anyone ever shat themselves during a match? I threw up on the terraces at Oxford about 25 years ago (food poisoning) but have never actually followed through. Would be good to hear from those that have though

Burnley are the kind of club we should aspire to be. Unfortunately there is no way a club like ours could ever attract a manager of the calibre of Sean Dyche. We'll keep it respectable:

    Watford 3-4 Burnley
    Deeney (23, 42), Richarlison 31; Barnes (78, 82, 88), Defoe (90+6)

    My favourite too.
I saw Dr Jonathon Miller in a restaurant there once. Saw him on the District Line too, doing The Times crossword.
He's almost certainly not a Burnley fan, I imagine.

Well not actually during a match. But on a number of other occasions. It is sometimes tricky of a morning after a night on the beer to know if you're gonna let rip with a gaseous or a liquid one.

A tip. If you want an inside toilet in Claretland try Turf Moor. There ain't a lot of others about.

This will be my last game for at least 2 years, as I hop on a plane to go travelling Monday.

Knowing my luck we’ll play a blinder next year and get into Europe.

I remember being taken aback by how ghastly the Burnley accent/general appearance of their supporters seemed to be before and after our FA Cup 1/4 Final victory. What an ugly bunch. For that reason alone, I hope we pummel them.

Very hard to score against and don't score that many themselves. Lost narrowly at Turf Moor easier this season but I hope/think it will be a totally different game at our place.

Even though we threw away a lead twice against Muff last Saturday I still like our football at home since Gracia took over from the snake. Nobody is expecting a classic and it won't be. Recent history shows a very tight game with very high lines. If we score first, then its going to take all of it to keep the lead. We have thrown away so many points from wining positions this season that being 2-0 up with 1 min to play would make even the most pesimestic hornet nervous.

Be nice for Gray to come on as a 87th minute sub and score from the half way line, Chris Eagles esq.

Overall can see us losing but I think they will come for a draw - and get it. 2-2.

I genuinely don't think he'd be able to do that on an empty training pitch, let alone during a game.

They've done well this season but the bubble will burst. They completely lack quality and craft, relying instead on the most horrible combination of cheating and bullying. Plucky to get so far, but the premier league always finds out such sides eventually.

Our reserves would all walk into their side but I don't think a single player of theirs would make it into our squad as a 3rd choice.

We will lose this but it will be because of cheating and we'll hold the moral high ground.

Filthy, filthy little club who will, thankfully go down next year.

Wasn’t there a faecal incident away at Brentford (after we won the cliffhanger there)?

    Odd what you remember.
