4 penalties awarded to us in one game ? Highly unlikely.

Of our three attackers I think Deeney is the one Williams and Keane would most like to face, sadly.

So happy to see Femenia make the bench! We have missed that little fella! 2-0 to the Horns!

Ummm no midfielders on the bench? Wierd, considering of the few signings we did make, Ndong in midfield was seen as a priority

Deeney’s offered nothing so far, Richarlison has barely touched it and Deulofeu can’t get his final ball right.
    Can’t see us scoring today.

    Deeney scored from open play!

I’m just excited for the rest of the season, Mark lawrenson reckons WBA will make up 13 points on us in 10 games, it’s going to be bloody exciting!

Typical, Deeney can be dangerous if you basically give him the freedom of the penalty box (as per this goal or a penalty), in general he still loses anything he has to challenge for and had done nothing up until that point to warrant still being on the pitch - great finish of course, but he's basically just a goal-hanger and glory hunter. Okaka made a huge difference when he came on, his all round play, holding the ball up, winning challenges, dribbling, running in behind, passing, showed everything we miss when we have Deeney playing one up top.

Kudos to Gracia for starting with 4 at the back and dropping Zeegelaar, and also changing things relatively early and really going for it - he does seem to be the closest manager we've had to Joka, both in looks and willingness to change things when they're not working and experimenting.

Richie continues to be useless unfortunately. Pereyra not great, though had some flashes and I thought was unlucky to be subbed (proved the right decision though).

Prodl had his usual game of generally being solid but gifting the opposition a great chance with a brain fart. Mariappa okay... ish.

Capoue and Doucoure both very good in the middle.

Holebas and Janmaat decent, and fortunate not to get tested too much defensively.

    Karnezis - top drawer again.

Everton looked like they were on their holidays already.

Vital but ugly win. Hopefully Deulofeu injury not serious as he is a class apart.

That was such a big 3 points it's unreal.
We will continue to be toothless up front with just 1 up top so have to hope we play it more offen with 2. The 2nd striker which today was Okaka made the difference. I like our goalie he catches doesn't flap.

Brilliant 3 points and up to 10th hopefully we can follow it on against West Brom and make it 3 wins in 4 games. We deserved to win the game in my opinion more shots and more possession than them. I am Really hoping that Deulofeu just got a slight knock and will be in contention next week. Loved seeing Kiko come on. Very happy for our Captain that was a fantastic finish by Troy.

Scrappy game but all that counts is three points closer to safety. Great to see Kiko back. Hopefully Delofeu just picked up an ankle strain.

Gracia won us that match today with his early changes in the second half and he deserves all the praise that will come his way. Ironically he’s showing us the sort of form in home games so far that we expected but never got from his predecessor based on his previous reputation.

A horrible ugly match decided by one great piece of skill. Long overdue from Troy this season but almost worth the wait. Lovely first touch, turn and finish.

Impressive appearances off the bench from Femenia and Okaka.

The win that the footballing gods had obviously arranged for us to say a proper thank you to Everton for derailing our season so badly.

I suspect we've been practicing how to manage games at the end. That 5-6 minutes from about the 87th minute where we kept it in the corner was impressive. Imagine if we done that a few times this season instead of throwing games away.
