Watford boss Adrian Boothroyd wants to add a new striker to his squad in January. However, The Times says Boothroyd has ruled out signing Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink from Charlton Athletic, Ade Akinbiyi from Sheffield United, or David Healy from Leeds United.
He hasnt ruled out Nathan Ellington, Billy Sharp, Freddy Eastwood and the others we have been linked with but i would of liked to see Hasselbaink or Healy come to watford
none of them suprise me, the only one he MAY have beenslightly interested n is healy, the times need some quicker reporters
I have it on good authority from a source at the club that we had a £5m offer accepted for Nugent. The player however didn't want to discuss terms.

Fair enough. I can't prove what was said to me so there is little point dragging it out. I would say that the few occasions I posted these 'rumours' as you say on the fishal boards they were correct. I remember getting laughed at when I posted the Danny Webber/Danny Cullip thread 5 days before it happened.
So did i because my nan was next door to danny webber in garston when he was at watford and he told my nan that nothings certain but he could be go to sheffield possibly moving there. No Joke.

People miss out Earnshaw because he's another Henderson, OK in the Championship but not good enough for the Prem.
