Money is talking ofcourse and 2.5 million for the latter is excellent but who do you think Aidy was talking about? Smith for sure Others? Springy wasn't anywhere near untouchable. Aidy got rid just in time. There's a reason he's festering away at Luton when everyone else is gone. He's not good enough. He did have a good season when we got promoted but didn't do a thing in the prem (okay - like the rest of them).
Too true! How many times over recent seasons have we said a player isnt for sale/unsalable and then selling them? King and Young spring to mind straight away. Every player at watford has their price, we are a selling club. We might not be in danager of administration anymore, but the finances arent great still.
