Not bad Roji. Might be more productive upfront than Hurtado or Orellana. el-Arabi is a bit of a loss at the moment.

Let's hope Aranda does well for you Roji. He looks a bit of a 'bruto' in hs fotos.

How would you fancy Sean Murray from us on loan? Some people say he's asking to go out on loan somewhere.

Talented player last season, but lost his way a bit this year.

Great news: On today's match (2-0 against Rayo), Aranda gets the ball, cover it, pass to Recio and he scores. Winters market goal :p

Holding on being the operative word. Aside from one wide Muriel strike it's been all them. They need to put their foot on the ball. Giaccherini wasted a great chance thankfully and Padelli has been excellent.

Lazzari booked. Still 0-0 and that's what counts.

    *******s Pogba scores. Boooooooo. :dismay:

For your happiness amigo, among countless rumours regarding various young southamericans playing in the U20 now, this one might be believable as it comes from a usually decently reliable site (http://www.gianlucadimarzio.com/category/udinese/): an argentinian, Alan Ruiz from San Lorenzo (http://www.transfermarkt.it/en/alan-ruiz/profil/spieler_190442.html) seems to be a serious Udinese's target for buying him now and arrival in Europe next summer.

Cheers amico. I explained to you about him Ruiz in the shoutbox on Saturday. San Lorenzo despite having a media magnate backer in Tinelli are in a precarious state financially. So they will sell their star youngster.

I'd have preferred several others. Surprising Vietto wasn't mentioned.

Can't believe Prandelli is now trying to nick Mauro Icardi ! Hands off him. He's Albiceleste through and through.....

I think the only one we have heard about is Perea

Seems that today we are going to sign Nolito (Benfica), Buonanotte (Malaga) and Seba (Malaga) and sell Jaime Romero and Moises Hurtado. What a day!

Have heard very good things about Nolito, very good signing.

Seems very good news for Granada. I hope all goes well.

Meanwhile ... funny, with Udinese's rumours you never know for which team they're buying.
I already mentioned as almost sure incoming Naldo, from Gremio Porto Alegre.
He's due to play for us next season, but as Udinese is full with extra-EU slots, they were willing to give him on loan in serie A, so he gets accustomed.

The funny thing is that today it's official Bologna had him on loan till summer, from Granada FC! ;)

Apparently officially it was Granada who bought him from Gremio, for Udinese.
I think I remember also Herteaux might be on loan to us from Granada.
So with the Spanish cousins the movement of loans is already a two-way road.

Nolito and Buonnanotte could potentially be pivotal signings for Granada this season. Both have immense ability and hopefully that translates onto the pitch.

    Hurtado was a slug. :naughty:

I was going to say the Edinaldo new Sherlock haha

Nolito signed on loan (with a sign option on summer, 1 million €). Buonanotte seems to be saying goodbye on twitter ("I want to thanks all Malaga fans these messages") and he may sign tomorrow (on property) 4 years.

Seba Fernandez may sign tomorrow too (on loan I think).

    Great news for us! :D

Looks really good roji, to reinforce the team.
And also El Arabi already back from Africa Cup thanks to the surprising early elimination of Morocco.
I hope the new ones adapt soon and you'll see a much better remaining of season.

Buonanotte is very good. Very small, but very good.

Read that Buonanotte is official now. Fee of 2.3M€, 4&1/2 years contract. Good!

Also, at Udine Fabbrini (http://www.transfermarkt.it/en/fabbrini/profil/spieler_56903.html) not happy because he plays too few matches.
Now that Muriel is out of injury, he risks to stay on bench even more and asked to go elsewhere.
Udinese wants to just loan him, as he's young and quite good. Although when playing with us he's somewhat disappointing, good feet but seems frail, always on ground at every contact, and not so good for scoring goals, he can improve but maybe Guidolin's module is not the best for him.
Several teams interested, but most would prefer buying (at least 50%) rather than loan.
From latest news, it might be he goes to Pescara in a deal to have Quintero at Udine next summer. That would be VERY good, if true.

LOL, one who is continuously on the ground in serie A ... in the quite more "physical" Championship? Do you want to destroy his career? ;)
Also I think he wants to remain in the radar of Prandelli (Italy's manager).
Also, as he's coveted by several teams looking for a good winger (his natural position, not used in Udinese's module) he may be key for some good deals/exchanges, like the Quintero possibility.

Good to hear that there's some exciting signings for Granada. If some Udinese fans were complaining about the attention and players lavished on Watford, then it's sure that Granada were perhaps wondering whether they'd become the poor relations. Especially as they're struggling a little this season.

I hope that the second half of the season goes a lot better for the Spanish branch of the Santísima Trinidad.

Un abrazo fuerte y buena suerte hermanos!

Yes, it seems it's official. A last minute twist when Pescare changed its mind apparently.

Meanwhile rumours, seemingly serious, say we've bought Diego Rodriguez (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diego_Martín_Rodríguez) from Defensor Sporting for 4M$.
    Seems good.

Edited: first link I had was the wrong Diego Rodriguez, born 1986. The one we are linked with is born 1989.

An attacking left back... Wonder if he is coming to Watford then?

  31. Clive_ofthe_Kremlin

Hmmm so he's a 25 year old left back from Defensor Sporting in Uruguay.

Went to Bologna in 2008 but hardly played, then went to Argentina for a while.

Well the scouts must have seen something they liked I guess. Let's hope it's another sparkling jewel.

    Haha LOVED IT

Last market day: It starts with Darwin Machis on loan to Vitoria de Guimaraes.

Jaime Romero a Moises Hurtado will leave too and maybe another new player (Seba?)

It was wrong link sorry. The right one says " Uruguayan footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Defensor Sporting. He is nicknamed "Toro" (Bull), for his fearsome ability at the midfield."
    That sounds promising.

Also correct link on transfermarkt: http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/diego-martin-rodriguez/profil/spieler_127828.html

Oh well if you like that sort of thing Sherlock we've got Carl 'Crazy Horse' ****inson available here who is also very fearsome indeed.

We can send him on loan if you like.
