So what do people think of the new plans?

For me I think it was a step in the right direction. I would like to have seen another 5000 seats and utlization of the allotments, maybe for a new road in but apart from that I'm encouraged. Not sure about sticking housing underneath the stands though.

Though the allotments would have come in useful but i doubt grandpa joe would have approved of you parking on his tomato plants!!!

I agree that there should have been more seats made available but the plans they have tabled seem reasonable enough, i am impressed with the plans to build homes for the hospital staff, considering the proximity to the gound and the service they have provided over the years for the health care of the community as a while and for players and what have you when needed not to mention allowing the club to use the car park on match days.
All in all the plans are sound and defenitely show good intentions to take the club in the right direction while maintaining our home at the ground we have all come to love.
So I say... way to go the board!!!

Certainly a good move and long overdue. If they are improving the facilities and enclosing the walkways on the stands, then it will help if they decide to put extra tiers in, something that has been stated as possible. I think we could fill a 25K stadium if they relaxed the ticket buying rules. At present unless you are a premium member you are restricted in number and can only get them with a couple of days to go. As such I haven't been able to make a match yet this season other than Inter. (Managed to secure corporate tickets for the Emirates though :p)
