This was the worry...

...last night confirmed fears i've had for a couple of weeks now! We have played really well so far this season and we have been unlucky BUT we still weren't winning games whilst playing well...the good performances won't be kept up all season as last night proved and we were beaten by a side that wanted the win more than us!

I wouldn't have any complaints if we were beaten 0-1, 0-3 or 0-8 aslong as the team WORKED hard and gave it EVERYTHING, paticularly in a game of that magnitude!

The only two positives I can take from all this is the return of HOPEFULLY both Young and Bouazza for City on Monday and the fact we are now a 'wounded animal'

It showed how much we missed Ash and Hameur in paticular last night, we had no width at all and consequently created no chances for Henderson!

My other worry is how much last night's team selection and tactical changes will affect the confidence of Tamas Priskin! We have a striker on the bench that will come good given the chance to do so and AB brings on a centre back to play upfront (although shittu did well up there)! Priskin is a goal sniffer we lack and given a run of 3-4 games he will come good and score some goals, i have no doubt about it!

Team for City and up until January:

Lee (foster back in when fit)
    Doyley
    Shittu
    Demerit
    Stewart (Powell back after suspension)
    Noddy
    Mahon
    Bangura
    Bouazza
    Priskin
    Young

Agree, injuries are forcing our hand, and without our 3 best players (and Bouazza) we are sruggling.

I wouldn't drop Hendo though, I'd play him upfront with Tamas and drop Smith (who IMO despite his determination and pace lacks an end product). Ash and Tamas upfront wouldn't suit our direct ball system.

To be honest there isn’t really much Aidy can play around with (in regards to team selection) and his hands are almost becoming tied, particularly regarding the choices upfront.
