Villa losing, Lesta level.... if lesta can score and Sheff Utd can keep ahead, we only need Wet Spam to win tonight and the
loss today won't hurt quite as much.

    Leicester have scored...

Hopefully nick a winner - same with Chelsea.

    Sheffield United 2 up.

  4. Bournemouth win v Chelsea Norwich draw against Leicester, teams continuing to pick up points against top 6 sides, imperative we start winning even against the much better teams above us if we want to avoid relegation.

They can all nick wins or a point.

Have to beat Villa twice as we playing them quite quickly I think.

VAR more of a threat to West Ham than Southampton ATM .

Hammers showing what we should have done at 1 up v Saints.

I bet if we had that goal Everton scored next week for us the goal would be ruled out !

VAR guy probably didn't want to upset Big Dunc but it's not often you see goalies not getting a foul against them .

Well he might have been popular compared to their current team!

    Ancelotti to Everton?

Palace chairman Steve Parrish has written to the league complaining about Zaha getting treated poorly by the ref at vicarage road. Oooh the naughty watford players were meany meany meanies.

So far this is as much of a non-performance by Palace as they put in against us last week. Brighton way better than them.

  13. How frustrating is it seeing Watford play better than these awful teams and yet it's us bottom and them doing well!

We are miles better than both of these apart from scoring goals!!!

Zaha is a good player and does get fouled, as do all good players. My issue with him is that he thinks he is fouled every time he loses the ball, which is definitely not the case. If he got up and got on with the game most of the time instead of putting his arms out and complaining he may get more decisions in his favour.

    Just so!
He has become a parody of himself.
I agree with Horace up to a point.
Palace are ninth. NINTH and are very very average.
What an absolute mess up this season has been.

It was Fergie who b(r)ought him to ManU wasn't it. I mean Fergie had his faults but he had an eye for a cracking player. Did he fall out of favour with Moyes because of his, ahem, 'sportsmanship'.

Because he had a relationship with Moyes daughter allegedly.

More clickbait ******** for our license fees. I’m not just saying this but I would have Deeney’s goal against us over any of those ‘moments’ except maybe the Aguero goal. It was a uniquely dramatic goal.

Us winning the title doesn’t qualify as a ‘moment’. Greatest achievement of the decade? Probably. It wasn’t a moment though, to put it in a list with Steven Gerrard falling or the England team labouring to a win on pens at a World Cup just devalues all of the ‘moments’ on there.

It's got to be England's lionesses romping to 3rd place in the 2015 World Cup. A moment I'll treasure for never.

Wow and I thought we were bad previous to Pearson. Holy crap, that game was a total snooze fest. What a waste of an hour and a half.
This time tomorrow I'll be at the Vic hopefully cheering on a much better performance.

Looks like it's us Norwich and Villa to battle it out now. As things stand, win tomorrow and we go level with Norwich points wise but still
bottom, three behind Villa, but Southampton and Wet Spam are starting to pull away. It's still looking very bleak, and still so many if's
and but's. We still have to do our job in our own games.

    10 points from safety.

Absolutely no chance of catching them. Start the Championship car.

    Well come to our world.

    Villa this season's Fulham ?

Villa continue to bemuse me almost as much as Watford do. They have some good players and unlike us, can score goals. It seems odd a bit like
what @wfc4ever said, that they have spent lots of money on what looks like duds. Take Jack Grealish (sp?) out of that squad, and they have
    a very average side.

We pulled so much above our weight in our first season under QSF with a similar side, Iggy more or less kept us up. We haven't bought wisely enough
since and now we are paying the costs of poor squad management. Pundits keep saying "they have some good players" and "they are better than their
position dictates", but when you cannot score a simple chance, your down.

I still think Villa will be OK in the end. Muff are looking extremely poor at the moment. Their win against Chelsea aside, they are in alarmingly bad form.

Current bottom three look goners at the moment for me.

No chance we’re getting out of this. Can’t wait to be back in the League Cup 1st round next season.

Liverpool will be cursing VAR if they don't win this club final?

Penalty given but then nothing after ref goes to screen.

We've been in the PL for 5 years, the blame falls in the lap of one person. The person who continues to employ the guy who decides who we buy and sell.
