    Hey Gino

Nice of you to stop by. If you could please stop telling us your exploits from FM and actually get off FM that would be very much appreciated. Incase you haven't realised but we need a CB and a ST in less/fewer than 24hours.

    Thanks

P.s stop offering loan deals. You’re making us and yourself look silly.

Sporting Lisbon have supposedly shown interest in Sturaro today and according to the article below, seem a better fit for the player due to their standing - I guess they mean European football?

    https://www.calciomercato24.com/201...-vicina-la-cessione-di-sturaro-la-situazione/

Juventus Sturaro Market / Juventus continues to move on the market, particularly in terms of sales. One of these could be that of Stefano Sturaro. Marchisio's permanence has been ascertained, the main suspect to leave is the former Genoa midfielder. The Griffins have timidly tried to bring it back to the shadow of Marassi, but the costs of the operation are really too high for the team of Preziosi. Marotta and Paratici in fact ask about 20 million euros, the same amount collected for the sale of Rolando Mandragora all'Udinese.

Latest Juventus, Sturaro finished in the sights of Sporting Lisbon and Watford

That's why there are two other teams that could really take Sturaro. Sporting Lisbon and Watford. Both have an important economic availability, able to allow such a purchase. In particular, Sporting seems to be the most interested team, as reported by Sky Sport. The Portuguese entered the midfielder race today.

Sturaro is also considering which destination he might prefer. Certainly the Sporting is a team of higher level for a player who won 3 Scudetti and played two Champions League finals. We'll see what his future will be.

Everyone who is moaning about strikers and centre backs, why is this a reason to let the midfield go short? That’s what, in pre-season, we clearly were.

Will people still be moaning about targeting midfielders when Spurs trigger Doucoure's release clause tomorrow afternoon?

I’d be sad to see him go, but genuinely pleased for our owners to make a profit.

  11. Cleverley out for the season I imagine and this bloke is replacement

Still decent cv, lets get real who do we think we are to turn our noses up at a player with 60 odd games for Juventus

    If true of course

Seeing people complaining about this... Remember, it was only a couple of weeks ago where we had Rodwell trialling for the same position

Dear oh dear. Never seen this fella play, but he has played 30 plus times for Juventus in the last few years and 4 times for Italy. If he was a favourite at Juventus we wouldn’t be buying. Get real.

The good thing is when our midfield are all fit we will reveal the folly of spending 70m on keepers and 200m on strikers with our 3-8-0 formation

So it looks like he isn't coming here, but I still think it's worth saying that just because a player is much maligned by one set of fans, doesn't mean he can't be good for us. Everton fans still roundly mock us for signing Tom Cleverley, but he was one of the keys to our early success last season. Perhaps that says more about the intelligence of your average Everton fan, but you see my point.

  23. Take anything from Italy with a large pinch of salt, it’s a national past time to rip into footballers, managers, and owners. Even they don’t take themselves seriously.

Example Udinese fans on their forums have very little good to say about the Pozzos.
