It's definitely correct that they have decided to make the changing rooms Premier League size, I'm not sure if that means making the rooms around it smaller or extending out.

I guess we'll find out soon.

Just build an extention like you would on a house.. throw in a swinging chair and a couple of pot plants in there and job done :) Seriously though.. if the stand is ever extended in the future (i believe thats the plan) then the whole thing will be extended backwards.

Re the brick wall. Pretty sure it was originally going to be left in place so maybe only a section of it will be demolsihed? Personally i would think it was better removed as its not the best looking wall you'll see!

  4. If someone chose the wrong size dressing rooms in the first place then that's an astonishing c*ck up

They have certain requirement in the PL, dressing room size is one. They obviously had it Championship standard size at first then change their mind so as not to cause as much work when we get promoted.

  6. I find it bizarre either the club or the architect didn't allow for prem size changing rooms in the first place - that was my point (didn't explain myself properly in the first place)

The changing room requirements for the Premier League and Football League are identical from next season (30sq.m) with the requirements published for some time so that's some oversight if true.

TBF the stand looks like a **** warehouse from the outside.

Duxbury : “A decision was made to extend the footprint of the changing room and therefore this has resulted in additional works being required to the rear of the stand''

By the time we pay for all these changes we would have been half way towards a permanent permanent stand (not intending to sound ungrateful)...

Anyone got the link to the new plans for the East Stand? Every time I try and find them on the council webpage I get the old plans.

Okay, I've been bored so I've tried to smarten the image up to see what the new stand may look like.

Have it on very good authority that the stand will be nowhere near complete in time for the first game of the season.

When you've been waiting years and years for the ground to look reasonably decent, I couldn't give a chuff if this is complete in November!
