When will we accept that we at Watford FC are now all that is wrong with English/European football: *Own multiple clubs to set up inter-club shenanigans. * Loan players by the dozen with unfair competition and detriment to all other English clubs. * Virtually destroyed the proud heritage of bringing on academy players, blooding them in the first team and selling them at rock bottom prices to the established elite clubs. * Bring in Johnny Foreigner players to the detriment of our own home grown talent and have few British born regulars in the team. * Have foreign players who dive and roll around feigning injury at the slightest touch. * Sack managers on the slightest whim. (What is this nonsense of ‘coaches’ that don’t control the running of the whole club)? * We’re not a ‘fashionable’ club and just a backwater in the shadow of ‘proper’ English clubs. * We even falsify bank accounts. * it’s about time Watford stopped acting above their station and get back into the lower leagues where they belong. Sounds like the saga revolves around Granada. For Watford, it’s probably going to be a case of being ‘guilty by association’ in the eyes of the media and Crystal Palace fans.
Don't you read the Daily Male ?? Don't you know that we're all that's wrong with English football and this is just another example as Riva allegedly faked the HSBC letter and this is just related to the whole sorry sad saga of Watford FC trying to act above their station and not hanging on to existence by their fingernails in the lower leagues. Mr Samuel is quite a fan of ours if you bother to read him.

When I say 'don't you read the Mail' obviously I mean the online links that are posted on here by our army of fans who pick up any published media news on Watford FC. Mr Samuel' s links are usually every negative and include 'Watford are a snapshot of everything that is wrong with modern football' and 'Lets hope Watford' s owners get what they deserve' after the sacking of Silva.
Cause we have to get our shots in early in case MS writes something nasty about us again. When he does we have to respond by saying "who gives a **** about what people think of us!!!" Followed by a minimum 500 words of "not giving a ****" It helps if you can include the phrase "Everything that's wrong with the game" (just in case we forget that someone once wrote that about us) and to tell everyone which newspapers to read. Lastly, if you are going to go for the full stock response, you need to add something about being proud of being a small club.. that is unless someone else mentions it and then you have to take umbrage with them. Pozzo is a Machiavellian genius and will never be caught. There will be many more 'shocking' revelations that comes to nothing under his stewardship in the coming years. Main highlights: It will emerge that Udinese does not exist and was invented as a means of money laundering. Watford FC will be relocated to Liechtenstein to ensure easier European qualification (but mostly for tax benefits). This will be met with apathy from the fans. We will learn that Almen Abdi was never paid any wages as he was a sentient android created by a laboratory to help us get promoted (and also earning us tax credits from the Swiss government). Finally, we will find out that Pozzo himself never existed, except on paper. He was an invention of Laurence Bassini who is still our legal owner.
I'm sure there are far more suspect goings on at clubs with owners who have made their money in dodgy dealings in Russia and China, and other exotic places, or even through their porno empires, but it does make me a bit concerned, about Watford in particular, and more generally about the state of modern football finances and the people involved - oh, for the good old days - when Terry Venables met Brian Clough in a motorway service station with the plain brown envelope ...
Club is rotten to the core. Our owner is a crook, our captain is on the booze and getting banned all the time, all our good players are injured, all the others are **** and our young players are unfit, buying brasses and don't care.
It will take the imminent fines, points penalties, and 4 successive relegations before people wake up and smell the coffee.
