To replace 'Mountain Home' (Berghuis) according to Dutch media. I believe this Brazilian forward/winger has been linked with Ajax, Chelsea & AC Milan recently.

 

Great name. Just looked him up and he's apparently one of the highest rated youngsters in Brazil at the moment.

Ajax had hope for the coming of Richarlison for weeks, but the Brazilian will be playing in England this coming season. The twentieth talent was close to a move to Amsterdam, but will shortly sign its commitment to a Premier League club. According to English media, Watford is about.

The Amsterdammers followed Richarlison intensively last year and were impressed with the qualities of the versatile attacker. More than a month ago, contacts became more intense and resulted in a contract proposal. Two weeks ago the deal was almost around, but the redemptive signatures remained.

The difficult negotiations did not get a concrete conclusion, with Ajax getting competition from England. The Amsterdammers were also financially overclassed. On Monday morning, the message from Brazil revealed that there is definitely a line named by Richarlison.

I'm always suspicious of promotional videos which show what a player can do but not what he can't or doesn't, but this is less of a concern in the case of a striker. This kid looks prety handy, even if teamwork isn't at the top of his priorities.

 

Definitely needs to pass more! Looks talented though.

 

To be fair, Sinclair would have scored a couple at Villa against that level of goalkeeping.

1/ If so, is he an immediate first team prospect or a promising youngster to be loaned out for the first year or two ?
