any idea how much a Championship ST will be?

 

the thing is, the championship is a bloody hard league. Hull have just gone down. Stoke narrowly avoided it. We were fresh and full of young talent when we made a stab for it last time. In 7 weeks what will we have to make a fight for it?

You could have said the same thing for this season. Fresh blood needed, about 4/5 new starters I reckon.

If we keep Sarr and Gerry, and replace the back 5 we'll do fine next season.

Deulofeu in the championship will be....interesting.

 

We're too good to not walk the league and go straight back up.

 

As the season will be condensed the teams with the biggest squads will have the advantage . IMO.

Based on this season on the rare occasions you're unusually positive we f*** up, so I guess we'll go down again then.

Though in all seriousness, it should be a relatively weak set of teams in the Champ next season, but of course a huge amount will depend on our upcoming transfer dealings.

It is interesting to see what team will line up next season. Who will stay. What loanees will make the step up. Who we'll get in additionally.

 

Is there a Championship version of MOTD to watch of an evening?

How many can you name in a squad in the Championship?? Recall all the fcukers out on loan and lets plough through everyone with a squad of 150 South American 16 year olds.

 

I do not mind championship. Does not change my match day experience - mates, beer etc.
Only frustration is not being able to watch on TV as much. No live streams for away games etc

 

Yeah, there's one called 'Non-Event of the Day'.

There's also another one called 'Football Update Championship Daily', or 'FUCD' for short.

 

It's actually called "Best League in the World of the Day" and we are so, so blessed to be a part of it. God I'm happy we are relegated and in the Championship.

Playing Fantasy Football should be easier next season as I always found it hard picking players and especially captaining them when they were up against us.

I also don’t think we will lose as many of our assets as some fear either this summer, but I’m only basing that on guesswork.
