Name all of the clubs in the English league which have more than one word in their name, the last word being unique to that club.

Ok i got one for you.... which is the only club in the english league system to have no closed letters (closed letters are letters with a closed section, i.e: Aa Bb and so on... the letters are upper or lower case) you have to use names in full!!! ie Manchester united!
