A couple of days back i tried to use the 'photo album' feature of the forum to post a pic.. but without luck. What i did was to open a pic from the album in a new window and then posted the URL in my post. This seemed to work at first but the pic was only visible for a short time.

So... What is the correct procedure for posting pics? Should my method have worked or can you actually only post an attachment rather than a direct link?

    Cheers.

PS The reason i tried this was because Photobucket seems to have become unstable & unusable.. anyone else having problems?

I use tinypic, just upload image to there and post the link here.

Cheers Otter. I didnt want to have to sign up to another photo sharing site.. but given that Photobucket is now almost unusable i probably should.

Tinypic is a bit of an arse to be honest but it does the job for the rare occasions I make an image.

You don't have to sign up to Tinypic and one of the options is to automatically re-size the image to message board size which is handy. Plus it provides the [IMG]

I find tinypic extremely easy to use.
