    Hi all,

I just got back from a trip abroad and I noticed my tickets had not arrived for the Palace game tomorrow.

Turns out the ticket line is closed tomorrow so I was wondering if anybody else has had a situation like this before? Have they been able to reissue tickets at the ground or am I just screwed.

I am a little bit nervous to make the trip down without having it sorted before I get there.

Looking for any help I could get.

    All the best

Are you on Twitter? I would try to contact the club that way as it will 100% be monitored from quite early on today.

Yup I am on twitter, tweeted them last night (as well as Facebooked and sent them an E-mail)

Just hoping for the best but glad to hear that they will be monitoring those today.

A few years ago we were three quarters of the way to Cardiff before realising that we had brought an envelope containing tickets for a different away game. We phoned the Watford TO, they got in touch with the Cardiff TO, when we arrived there was an envelope waiting for us containing three re-issued tickets!

If you have a printer, go to your transaction history, and print out, or if you have internet on your mobile, present that. It will have your seat number. Take also your Fan or Season card and the card that you made your payment with.
With this evidence the Palace ticket office should issue a replacement. I cannot guarantee it, but I would be surprised if they didn't.
    I wish you luck.

    Did you get this sorted?

Hopefully you got a full refund and apology from the ticket office and was fortunate that you didn't have to sit through that tosh and saved your money.

    Thanks everyone for your help!

They managed to sort it out . After tweeting them gave me a contact of an Away fan liaison who had the tickets reprinted at the ground for me to pick up.

In hindsight I would have preferred the refund
