Just used the new system. Fantastic.
A great system for an up and coming club.
Yeah seems to work well. It'll be a really good resource if they've (a) got enough bandwidth to cope with it being flooded for big one-off matches and (b) once they start selling away tickets on it.
I put in my fan ID and password, it says that is not correct, so I put in my fan ID again and request password.
Then I log in using the password and fan ID and it says there is no such member on the system? What's up there?
Have you ever used it before Evasive? You need to set up an account if not. I can't say I've encountered any problems.
I did the activate section with my fan ID and surname..
Rich, i always book by phone, can you explain how to set up this online account?
I think everything is explained here Jon:
If you click through to the 'Box Office' and then click 'Create New Account' you just need your FAN ID (not your membership number) and your surname. Fill in a few details and you should be away. It seems much better than ringing up - though if you're thinking of away tickets mate I think they're a couple of months off yet. They wanna let things settle down and check the system can handle everything. So far, so good...
Rich sorted now thanks.
I ended up ringing the ticket office, spoke to a really helpful guy who sorted the issues.
Next time I tried it straight on and in to buy
logged on sweet as a nut , not tried to buy tickets yet . Can you use more than one fan id to get 3 tickets next to each other like on the phone???
Well impressed, totally unlike us to provide a fuss free ticket purchasing system!!
Well done club!! (I almost felt cheated not having to go through the usual Kafuffle!!)
Yup you can. When you get to the checkout you have to put in the other 2 Fan ID's in the 'assign' form, you'll need the number and surname of the people concerned.
Wot no Yellow brick road It's not the same.
I'm sure it can be arranged. ;D
I always felt that one way to jump the queue was to sing along very loudly and badly - almost as if the ticket office could hear and couldn't stand it any longer my call would be answered really quickly.
