for the first time since god knows how long the Rous stand actually started a song yesterday. Ok it was a predictible 'yellow army' but it was loud and got the Rookery going. Guess the thermos flask drinking mutes will be back for the next game though. Cue response from enraged Rous standers!!!!
The Rous stand has to get the Rookery going? TBH At times there has been no atmosphere from all 3 sides of the ground apart from visiting support. It was nice have some yesterday although that Mr Short does like the sound of his own voice.
Are u short it wasn't them leaving when chelsea scored their 3rd and didn't even think of clapping the team at the end after a valiant effort against a world class team

No it isn't. Bit of 'Upper Rous syndrome' coming out here I feel. Just because they had a pop at you, you have one back. Fairly sad really, we're all cheering the same team aren't we? I've sat in every area of the ground over the years, and to say you can't hear the Rookery, even on a quiet day, is bare-faced lies. (Apologies if you have a wax build-up causing a medical condition)
