He is another door mat for them.
Can’t believe Shaun doesn’t make it in the list
That’s why he needs to stay there.
Poor appointment for us. Especially off the back of their statement. Wanting to be back in the Premier League, hiring a young manager that promotes youngsters and plays progressive football. He doesn’t fit that description at all.
Is he being lined up for first manager of the season or have we learnt from our mistakes and he’s being lined up for the final 3 games
He’s the No.1 fan for flag waving with all his Pashun
If this is true, I'll give it until he reads his first message to fans from a sign that's been written out phonetically in English until I start the Gotti Out Thread.
The statement from the club didn't say that though did it?
Lol, here we go. Here comes the cheap, boring option.
As if we were ever going to pay anyone compensation for a manager when we can just take Udinese's caretaker.
We had a couple of days of being very close to being positive about things. Was never going to last.
We'll work as a formidable team: You can have the entire Eastern Hemisphere and I'll take all the Western one. How's your Cantonese?
Normal service resumed.
Pozzotivity. The feeling that you can achieve the impossible on a shoestring. Only to realize you cannot.
I can speak Mandarin, will that do?
If we appoint this bloke what was the point in sacking Pearson? This would be arguably the least successful coach we have appointed under the pozzos.
I really think that they have lost the plot if they appoint this bang average coach. I would be happier with Pardew as manager.
They are just going for the cheap option. No ambition for the club and it would signal the end of any hopes of keeping our stars and hopes for promotion.
Sack someone with a proven record in the Championship, employ someone with no proven track record anywhere.
Trust in Pozzo.
From being linked with exciting options like Struber and Ilic, only to go to Gotti, it seems like:
1) We would be getting Udinese's cast offs.
2) He'd be another yes man for Giraldi to control.
I don't want either of these. Granted, this story may be ******** but I would be underwhelmed. Also, prior to his caretaker appointment at Udinese, Gotti had not been a head coach for 10 years!
Fingers crossed this does not happen. And we end up with Struber. If we don't I expect there will be a lot of anti Gino sentiment building along with his two cronies and all their BS.
He is a door mat. If you want to work for Gino and his buddies you have to do as you are told. If you Gino, Scott or fatty ever peruse these forums you are doing a mighty fine job of facking everything up and demoralizing the entire fanbase. Next stop for you should be the circus or mental asylum if you appoint this Gotti joker.
Maybe he has a proven record of not telling Pozzo the truth?
It won't be given to Gotti. He just doesn't have the experience, and has not been a head coach since 2009, apart from standing in after Igor Tudor was sacked at Udinese.
His track record is below average, plus I expect he knows very little about the Championship.
I'm guessing the talks are Udinese related and nothing to do with Watford.
Please be this!
From reading opinions online, it seems Gino was in Udinese to discuss contracts with him but it's unlikely that its for us..
Sports media likely got wind of Gino meeting Gotti and assumed it's for us.. i think in this case the Internet opinions are likely to be correct and it's not for Watford.
Reckon we will bring in Ivic for our open position
You may have noticed that in recent years, owners tend to not give a flying **** about negative sentiment towards them.
See: Newcastle, Charlton, Wigan, Portsmouth, Arsenal, Man Utd
They haven't seen that army of yellow shirted, placard waving, flare carrying, effigy bearing ultras coming down Occupation Road.
Phew. Gotti it is then...... Please let it be Struber.
Fat Tony as assistant.
You'd have to throw your phone or tablet away, then. Not a good idea.
Are you and Shaun related?
Swiss Tony as director of making love to beautiful women.
I'd hope they've interviewed many options for the post. It's just lazy journalism I'd imagine. Anyway Gotti has never had any intention of taking the Udinese job permanently, why would he be interested in a sinking ship like ours?
State of that selection
Yeh it’s always the cheap option with the pozzos . Rotten apple club !
