A 35 man squad there, got to be a lot of outgoings - likely keep it to around 25-27?

It won't really t be "when Deeney goes" or "once Deeney goes", if Deeney leaves this window it will happen a fair amount of time after Deeney has left.

If that wasn't what you wanted to imply, then: phrasing.

 

At at indeterminate point in the future when Deeney leaves the club, my belief is that at the soonest available opportunity, and in accordance with the relevant EFL/PL/FA rules, and should Suarez still be employed by Watford FC, in the UK, and be of sound health and playing for the side, and should the UK not find itself at war or other moment of national or international emergency which prevents normal football business from taking place, that Suarez will be given the squad number 9.
