Yep he's a lovely guy. He's the favourite player of one of our disabled fans who often hangs around after home games waiting for him. Everytime he stops to give him a kiss and have a chat. But the sooner he's out of our club the better, I'm sure.
No surprise to see Bobby axed. Man of the past for Scaloni now. Senesi, Quarta and Montiel are notable absentees. Foyth rather fortunate to make it. No room for Lisandro Martinez either or Walter Benitez at Nice. He is considering switching to French citizenship to make Les Bleus squad as their goalkeeper. Pavon is recalled after a stellar spell for LA Galaxy. Then again he has not really proved himself. Squad to be slimmed further I expect.
I'm glad to see there has been some kind of punishment for his recent lack of effort while playing for us. He's a great player but it could not be more obvious that he stopped caring.
Scaloni has said he will not pick players who are not playing regularly for their team. So a bit of a surprise to see Foyth in there but he is young and very talented whereas Bobby's time with Argentina is over given the number of talented youngsters pushing themselves into the frame. Ocampos for a start is a big upgrade as he has come into his own this season with Sevilla.
