Even by their own low standards, that's a particularly sh*t article from the Herts Mercury. Giampaolo Pozzo is our owner and Wague is a striker. Why do they bother?

Couldn't get a game for an average Leicester last season so not convinced. At least he is not currently held together by gaffer tape and string like our other defenders

Surely this means one of our six senior centre backs is on the way out? Which one though? Mariappa? All the others have been involved in league action this season and surely we're not going to use seven squad places on centre backs?

Probably, but he didn't do enough to displace Morgan, Huth or Benalouane. Meh.

Bit harsh. Looks like he signed for them at the end of Jan, made his first appearance two weeks later in the FA Cup where he dislocated his shoulder and that was him out for the season!

 

Could be the first of many according to Udinese's Facebook.

I think we were actually linked with him when he was at Caen before he eventually went straight to Udinese.

Also better cover than Mariappa, who should be nowhere near a Premier League XI. Prodl, Britos, Cathcart, Kaboul, Kabasele, Wague is a decent spread. Problem in my eyes is that we don't really need cover. We have five 7/10 centre backs, we're crying out for a top draw starter. A first name on the teamsheet.
