Loved his wild effort in the first half with players better placed in front of him. One half decent cross. All for 20K a week. Real value.
There's a good reason this bloke has actually barely kicked a ball in the professional game. Spoiler: it's because he is complete and utter dog s**t. A classic Pozzo signing.
I genuinely think he’s my least favourite signing of the Pozzo era. Even Andre Gray did score a few important goals in the distant past, and set up GD for the goal that took us to the cup final. When we inexplicably signed Navarro, there was nothing on his CV that suggested he deserved to suddenly become a Premier League footballer. He didn’t seem especially highly rated, he hadn’t played for any decent clubs, he just seemed rank average and a totally pointless signing. He wouldn’t improve us much when with us, he wouldn’t one day earn us a profit when he left. A poor man’s Femenia without the early promise in his career. Thought we’d seen the last of him, but like a bad smell he suddenly appeared again out of the blue pre-season. Tonight summed him up. I don’t think he completed one successful cross into the penalty area. And it was his shocking nothing pass that gave the ball away for their winner. We’ve had some great signings under the Pozzos. We’ve also had several bad ones, but at least you could see the intention. There was hype or promise or a CV that had at least a few impressive moments. And then there is this nondescript no hoper.
Gino is always planning ahead. That's why he got a league 1 defender in well in advance. Or possibly league 2.
Looked out of his depth in the Cup against lower league opposition, is he an even worse footballer than Gray?
He's slow, positionally inept, can't cross, can't tackle, makes poor positions but **** me is he gorgeous
Contract terminated. Farewell sweet prince! Buried in the Gray article. https://www.watfordfc.com/news/official-qpr-loan-for-gray
I hate being negative or posting anything bad about other human beings, but I really think he was one of the most pointless signings of recent years. He tore up no trees in Spain and I remember he joined us out of the blue without warning. I’ve still no idea why. Wish him well for his future, wherever that should be.
We'll regret this Every 5 a side game needs a rubbish kid that is the last to be picked by either captain
The ultimate insult on the way out. Buried at the bottom of the article, even below something called Jaime Alvarado.
The exclamation mark at the end makes it sound sarcastic when they wish him good luck. Might as well have written "Don't let the door hit you on the way out!"
Being linked with a move to Everton on the Twitters this lunchtime. Almost certainly ******** but I’ve no time to double check it.
Please god be true, they would’ve gone from stealing our star players, to rifling through our bins in the dead of night looking for half empty dog food cans to lick.
Marc should fit right in. I watched some of the Everton game last weekend when they got thumped by Villa. They were godawful.
I hope it's true, I feel bad for him training by himself in Spain and I haven't got the heart to unfollow him on Instagram.
Sorry, still not completely convinced. The grass, rain, or ball might still have the edge on El Inútil...needed help to move his legs at 1.25...!
