Was just interested to read this on the BBC website re: the Manc derby today... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/6201464.stm "Ronaldo's late strike sealed the win, before City's Bernardo Corradi was sent off for diving" This was the fella who went down like he was shot the other night when Demerit 'fouled' him in the last minute...
Bloody cheat! Was a clear dive on monday night aswell! Interesting to hear Fergie's after match comments on City's style of play... "we had to deal with a lot of high balls into the box today, they're a bigger side these days" Surely not? I thought we were the only side that did this?
First yellow for raised arm when jumping for a header - deserved. Second yellow for diving - deserved. All we need now is one or two more to walk for diving and we are on the road to kicking it out of the game.
It's taken 15 rounds of Premiership games for a referee to punish for it. But was it only cos it was at Old Trafford? I hope not. Well done Mr Poll!!!
