I can't get on to the message boards tonight? Anyone else? When someone moans about it tomorrow might be worth a little shout about ourselves
Every time I venture over there it is worse and worse. We just need to start tempting a few more of them over here to make this place a bit more lively.
I know.. but i get very frustrated when i go there and see the crass way some of them act on there, there are a lot of very young people there that like nothing better than to bad mouth and insult anyone and everyone and the moderators do nothing about it.
Or they ban peope for no aparent reason. I've pooped the wfcforums memeber pic at the bottom of my posts, so hopefully that will help but I do not go over there as regularly as I used to.
Patience grasshoppers. We're here long term, that won't change. Like all good brands advertising is the key. I'd suggest 2 or 3 posts on the main boards every day, just so people get used to seeing the wfcforums.com bit. Once they get to know it then next time the boards play up they'll remember and take a peek. Unfortunately we will eventually attract the bad apples too. There's nothing that can be done about that. Some of the best and liveliest forums have the bad element around, it's just how they're handled that makes the difference. Over at the main boards the moderators are not only invisible but there's no consistency. Part of the solution would be to explain why posts have been removed, or give good explanations as to why people have been banned. They don't, and anger mixed with bad feeling is the result. Patience.
youve got me for the long term, i only go over there now to see what the morons are saying and rarely post. This is the place to be for me! I have my profile showing this place, it willl catch on, i noticed we got another new member or two yesterday, though they havent posted yet!
