I’ve watched WD18 a couple of times for their insightful (not) post match analysis, the chap broadcasts from his bedroom, I was half expecting his Mum to walk in and say “ Lights out, time for bed, school tomorrow” he has a couple of other schoolmates on with him, if anyone wants to be bored out of their mind I suggest a look at his site might help, needless to say I won’t be watching again!

 

I assumed he was about 15/16 having seen him on the Hive once but sounds like I'm wrong!

It’s funny how many managers you hear of who hold themselves fully accountable for their failures, but never players (at least AFAIK).

 

He literally doesn't take responsibility for anything. Some mealy mouthed statement of the obvious along the lines of 'I'm a grown man and I'm responsible for my actions, but then it's everyone who turned up's fault for bringing friends.

As charm offensives go, it was utterly toothless. Almost every answer he gives is a different way of saying how he doesn't care what people think of him and that fans don't understand him or how he operates. There was also some ludicrous fluff about how his all round game was good, apart from finishing.

It was a ******* disgrace.

 

Leventhal is 41 years old and has worked in the media for over 20 years.

Jacob is 18(?) and just starting out. Can you blame him for taking the opportunity of working with the club he supports, even if the owners make dodgy decisions at times?

Also I may have missed it but the criticism of Leventhal doesn't usually go into attacks on his personal appearance, or age. I certainly haven't seen any as personal or angry as the ones directed at Jacob on this thread.

As you said, we're all adults and entitled to our opinions and I'm sure Jacob can take it, just personally think it's not a great look.

Not at all, Troy is a violent convicted criminal who is happy to publicly criticise others and who is dragging our club down to his level. Look at Glenn Murray since he left toxic deeneyland. Murray just said his experiences at WFC affected his family life. That's how far this club has fallen. I despise Troy because of what he has done to our club. We are now hearing the dressing room is just as divided as it was under Ivic. Its Troy's dressing room, it's on him. Jacob is a young passionate Watford fan who set up a youtube channel about the club he loves. Im amazed how he stays so positive but I admire and respect him for it. Jacob falls into the GT and Luther camp of positive decent people associated with Watford. Troy is the polar opposite. I believed at the beginning of the season we couldn't get promoted with Troy in the dressing room. I wish I was wrong but I do feel my comments on Troy have been proved correct by subsequent events such as the Ivic situation, our performances since Troy returned to the squad and more reports of a divided dressing room under Troy's 'leadership'.
