Spoke to a Brum fans who said this about JS. "He played up until March then, we just didn't play him. We mainly used to play with just 1 striker up-top in Lukas and he did well for us initially, which is why we forked out £1m to Burnley for him. We slapped him straight in the team, which IMO, was wrong. I would have let grow into the games through the subs bench. To be fair, we already had Lukas, The Don and Che Adams already. I don't think he was a neccessary signing. If he was loaned to a League One or Two side, I'm sure he would've done very well. He's a decent gem of a player, but Zola was not a good manager to draw talent from people (2 wins from 22 games...). He still has time, I hope he does well for himself." Perhaps not such a bust as we think? I can't imagine Jerome Sinclair being the kind of player to do well as a lone striker.
