Looks like ex-Arsenal striker Kaylen Hinds is on trial at Watford and is with the team in Austria.
Sacked by his previous club for going awol for multiple weeks.
Not had a club for an entire year.
Available on a free transfer.
Standard Pozzo move this.
Still, at least he should be full of beans after such a long break.
Final piece of the jigsaw.
For the Under 23s?
can't see the problem, a 21 year old who has managed to make 16 starts, 13 in league 2 and has never scored a senior goal
What could possibly go wrong
Is he golden, Hinds?
Should fit in at the golden boys.
Seems like a risk free relatively low value punt.
Can't see the harm.
Not in Austria. He's with the U23's back here. Was due to train with them last season also before Sarll left.
Good actor, but was somewhat wasted as Mance Rayder given the truncated role.
Watford set to benefit from Hindsight......
Are your sure? The photos were taken during the club's training session in Austria.
The caption read El primer día de pretemporada en Austria en fotos.
Which means first day of preseason in Austria.
The fencing in the background seems to be the fencing in the Austria camp, whereas at London Coney they just have hedges all around.
"The Golden Boys played an in-house friendly against the club’s Under-23 team on Friday at the training ground"
Does anyone recognise the two players in white in these pics?
The first one is probably Henry Wise? Don't know who the second one could be though.
It’s almost as if one of the club’s role is to find and nurture talent.
You need Hinds to hold
someone you care for
you need Hinds to show
that you're sincere
Any reference to a Max Bygraves song and it's a yes from me
I guess this means that Maxilimes and Sarr are no longer targets
They are Plan A.
Plan B Hinds
That was Friday, they flew to Austria at the weekend.
Most years they pick some youngsters to go and maybe a thrillist or two along with the first team squad.
Sounds like a thrilling prospect for whoever is picked.
Max, né Walter, was once sacked for being too tall.
More U23 fodder. Oh Kaylen.
Excellent geographical knowledge. We will need these qualities plus expertise regarding interior decor, petrol stations and cafes for the last few days of the window.
Noteworthy that the A team is kitted out as Man U.
Is Javi helping them ‘visualise’ a Europa League place?
Depressing that the B team have become Fulham.
